Wu Lei and Shen Yue are perfect in period dramas. Their screen time together isn't long, but my God, the time they have together, they bring such chemistry. It's both heartwarming and hilarious, they will make you laugh.

Have in mind, that it's not a adaption of the kdrama "Extraordinary You" but an adaption of the webtoon "July Found by Chance”, which "Extraordinary You" also is adapted from, which means it could very different from the kdrama.
The fact that it's 'Earth Rise Studio Editing House' who is going to be in charge of the editing of the series is very comforting.

Before you see 'Dead Friends Forever' I'm not gonna value your opinion about Barcode as an actor. You can talk about Wooju Bakery, but if you judge Barcode as an actor in general, from only this work, you should do the same with Jeff.
Barcode has had more difficult scenes, than most of his seniors and he did an amazing job. His scenes included; grooming, suicide, beaten up, mental health issues, crazy out of his mind, school bullying and much more.
He even won an international 'BEST ACTOR' Hub award for 'Dead Friends Forever' and some of those he was up against was Nam Yoon-su from Korea for 'Love In the Big City', Sawamura Rei from Japan for 'Happy of the End' and surprice Jeff Satur for 'The Paradise of Thorns'. This perticular award wasn't voted by randomly people, but it was an acclaimed jury, who decided the winner.
Bettering yourself as an actor is also a lifelong process, because every time you get a knew role, you're portraying a new human being, with a new set of troubles/dreams etc.
