I didn't understand the ending, Hiruma wasn't really that bad this season. What was that a.i, thing the inspection accused him off?

While I would watch a 5th season, it's getting a bit boring. Michiko is so over powered that there isn't a single reason to think things might end up badly. When a patient is being brought in you know 2 things: 1: Michiko is going to save him/her and 2: Michiko's boss is not going to give approval to operate.

I really hope there's going to be another special, it would be really sad if Mamoru and the children have to part like this special implied.
