If you are aware of the author's work, then you know her way of writing the MC is amazing. The original MC of this one is mature, calm, intelligent, rational, very smart, handle every situation perfectly, just the type of character that you'd admire in every situation. Not some funny clown dude running around causing a scene. I don't have anything against silly characters, I know they are fun, but it gets irritating when they change a character's personality. I mean if they change Lan Wangji into a talkative silly dumb clown who would think of him as Lan Wangji? -_-

I don't get why everyone was mad at the ML I mean dude, he likes someone else and y'all want him to princess treat another girl who acts corny and clown in front of him faking her own personality? I don't understand why everyone likes the FL when she gives toxic vibe with serious miscommunication issues, she never wants to listen and always jumps into conclusion.
