Well, I think anyone who is not from Thailand (even if they are from some other Asian country) who is a fan of this show is considered 'international fan'. I think they go to tour in Asia (and also not too far from Thailand) becuase it's cheaper, though I'm quite sure some series\actors went also to Europe. I've seen here in the past Thai fans (at least they said they are Thai), but I feel like most people on MDL are international fans, I guess Thai have their own sites.
Well, Asia is huge, so I think there should be people here who are from Asia, but not necessarily from Thailand.

I really have no idea. I think BLs in general have many international fans, otherwise why would some Thai series have those tours outside of Thailand? (not sure if also BLs from other countries do that or not). I have no idea if Thai BLs have more local or international fans.

I also wonder if this show has many Thai fans. I hope so.

Yes, I wonder what feedback they are getting. If they just come to the MDL page they'd see a low rating that doesn't reflect how much people here love the show. I'm sure they don't count on MDL, but still, it'd be nice if they knew this series has many international fans.
