I know he beat Jun for kissing his bf, but the way Sorn spoke about it in the car, it sounded as if he is saying that Jun got punched because he is kissing badly. So I thought it was funny.
I think Jun is quite emm stupid. Even if he looks up to those guys, he should think it's very odd Sorn offers to teach him those things as if it's a normal thing a friend would do.

What I found to be interesting is that the garden scene takes place 2 years before the car scene for which he thanks him. So they had this lovely garden sitting, and it took 2 years until they had another lovely car sitting. What did they do in the 2 years in between? Kept being friends as normal, like nothing happened??

Not sure, but I'm a bit worried now if you know people who do that kind of stuff in public 😅

No, you're not missing a lot with the HK version. It wasn't terrible, but their Kurosawa was just too good looking for it to be funny imo (and I also didn't like their Haruto so much). I also don't know the Thai actor who will play Kurosawa, I just meant that I'm not sure if he is most fitting look-wise, as I think the actor of Kurosawa should be someone you won't really ship with Haruto. So if it's a decent looking man, who is just 'older', it's not impossible to ship them, right?
