I can't really comment on the dubbing since i have nothing to compare to as I'm not familiar with the actors actual voices but I've seen a few comments say that.

I think SZY is in on her drama. He is fully aware and orchestrated it since the heir said his men were pulled from the task so it wasn't him. I believe that. I think ML is playing mind games with FL. She also thought the physician arrived too early for her treatment.
