For me, best BL for 2026 below. 🇰🇷 South Korea: The Prosecutor’s Proposal🇨🇳 China: Deep In🇯🇵…
Right?! When I watched Boys in Love, Shane's hair totally ruined it for me, and I only stuck around for KimMon. Same deal with Century of Love, the haircut was just not it lol!

Haha glad it made you laugh! Just being honest though, buzz cuts on male leads are a total mood killer for me. No hate at all, just standard personal preference!
People who still think they were "just friends" completely missed the point of the movie. Monster is about Minato and Yori discovering themselves and their feelings for each other. Minato literally admits he lied because he couldn't tell anyone who he liked. Yori's father tries to force him to be "normal" because he likes boys. Yori even says, "I'm normal again. I like girls now," only to later confess, "I'm sorry... I lied," after which his father drags him inside and beats him. If you still insist it was only friendship after all of that, you're ignoring the story's clear queer themes. BL isn't defined by kisses or explicit romance. Two people can be deeply in love without physical affection being shown on screen. Love doesn't become "just friendship" simply because it isn't portrayed the way you expected.

I'm still keeping up with the ongoing ones despite how short they are. If you're still feeling the shortage, though, I'd recommend watching some completed BLs.

I'm not gonna lie, this might sound a little weird, but I can't stand buzz cuts, especially on main characters. It completely kills my motivation to watch it.

I did give it a try! I just never finished the last two episodes, so it's been on hold ever since. If you really checked my watchlist, you would've seen that.
Says the one who rated almost every BL a 1, 5, 6, or 7 and only gave this one an 8.5. At this point, I'm starting to think you're just homophobic, because there's no way you can call yourself a BL fan when you don't seem to genuinely like any BL series.
I was really hoping Shixian would top Teng Mao, but never mind,it was still so good. And the way Shixian grabbed him this time... damn, that was hot. 🫠
