🤦🏻♀️ I understand it is Netflix original. I said in my comment “I wish” When the phone Rings was also released all at once because I do not enjoy waiting.
Just finished episode 3. One question answered but still so many to go. So we now know her mother made her stop talking and pretend to be mute so they would be pitied by the chairman. This accident (not sure what happened yet) killed the chairman’s son and caused his daughter to be deaf 🤷🏻♀️ So does that mean her older sister is not her biological sister but the chairman’s daughter and she is actually deaf? And I knew the kidnapper would be back because he wasn’t dead and had a plan in the beginning. So of course he wants to finish what he started. Very foolish of her to take his phone. And telling her husband to divorce her was strange coming from the kidnapper because like her husband said why would he care. But I understand that is what she wants- she just didn’t think it out well. I am still enjoying it and look forward to figuring things out.
Wow! 🥰 I enjoyed this so much. Sad to see it end. I could have watched even more episodes. Love the chemistry between the leads. Hope to see them again in a romance. ❤️
I love the actress, but not a fan of her character here. I am tired of the succesful ml & loser fl trope that…
I agree with you. They are even styling her frumpy. All the other female teachers dress nice. I will continue to watch this , but I wish they would show her in a better light so to speak.
I am enjoying this one. Love the actors who play the leads in high school (would love to see them in their own romance). I look forward to finding out about their past and why they hate each other in the present. My only disappointment is the way they are styling the female lead. My high school P.E. Coach was quite stylish. I just feel they are dressing her pretty frumpy. She is getting lost in her clothes. I hope they change her style a little in the upcoming episodes. She was so pretty in high school. But besides that, this is a fun watch. 🥰
There's alot of miscommunication between the two. Pretty much a secretly love-hate/ overtly indifferent relationship.…
I need to watch that scene again at the dinner party. It seems I need to catch the subtle things they do that give away their true feelings. Thank you for the insight.
Thank you for helping me to see through a different set of eyes. I feel like in the actual drama we are seeing through their individual eyes. I think I will go back and watch it and look for the clues to how they really feel. I did not catch the wine glass thing. I do remember some of the other things you mentioned. We can’t trust what they are saying but need to watch their actions it seems.
I just finished the first episode and it was intriguing. I will continue to watch this, but I was a little confused. They did answer some of my questions about their marriage. So he was supposed to marry her older sister but she ran away. So then to save face they forced their younger daughter to marry him. Which explains the reference to her being a hostage in their marriage. I am confused about how he feels about her now. We saw three years ago at the wedding he was pretty cruel to her. Has he developed some feelings for her 🤷🏻♀️ Before she was kidnapped we saw her at her job and when she watched him give his speech she made a hand gesture at him and I believe called him a jerk. So she seems to not have feelings for him. Yes he told the kidnapper to go ahead and kill his wife but he thought his wife was at her parent’s house. Later when his wife is pretending to be the kidnapper he seems upset about his wife being hurt and hits the wall. So does he have feelings for her? I am sure we will learn more in the next episodes. I really hope this turns out good. Fingers crossed ❤️
Her reaction is normal for anyone that was dumped from a relationship. She is basically going through the stages…
I see your point. My frustration comes from this - he has explained to her why he left and has apologized several times. He has told her he loves her and will not leave her again and wants to stay by her side. Her mother loves him and treats him like a son. No mater how angry I was at him I would cave in and forgive him. Especially after that kiss at the camp site. He is proving he has changed and learned from his mistakes. I just don’t see why it needs to drag any further. But with 34 episodes I guess that is why.
I guess with so many episodes left I should have been prepared for the ending of episode 23. Just very frustrating. Gu Yi is really annoying me right now. He left because his father was ill and he was trying to protect her and cut ties with his psycho boss. His boss was threatening to ruin her life. Her comedy routine was directed to him even though she told him it was not. He did not deserve to be called scum. She knows he has past trauma with his mother’s death. This is just making her very un likable. I hope she snaps out of this quickly. I can’t endure her being like this for long.
I just started episode 23 🤦🏻♀️ Why have a great guy give a very sweet confession and we all know she will turn him down because he is not the male lead. He is about to get friend zoned because her first thought when she saw the stars was about the male lead. 🤦🏻♀️ Poor second male lead. 😩 Such a waste of a nice guy. Hope you can get the girl in your next drama.
