You are right he is definitely messed up. I believe he loved her in the beginning. He had a pretty messed up childhood. So I don’t think he knows what real love is. He shows at times that he cares for her a little. He stands up for her against his brother and sister-in-law. He wants her to care about him probably because he didn’t feel loved as a child. I feel like if she told him she loved him and let’s start over I think he would. But too much has happened for her to be willing to do that. They are better off divorced. His family is too toxic.

No one is sleeping with their actual husband in this drama. 😂 This family is crazy. The mother in law is sleeping with the lawyer. The female leads husband is sleeping with any woman with a pulse. The other daughter in law has a lover too. Her husband probably is sleeping with someone else , he’s definitely not sleeping with his wife. She only married him because her parents thought the other brother was too messed up. The female lead is just sleeping . So much going on. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I just finished episode 5 and I am continuing to enjoy this. Just hoping this has a good ending. I believe the female leads husband does have some form of love for her and cares for her. But his cheating is unacceptable. I wonder if the cheating started after their son died and she pulled away from him. Regardless, I don’t see that they can fix their marriage. She needs to get away from that insane family.

I remember when HT invested in her company he asked for 33.4% . She was not wanting to give him that because he would have the decision making power. But she gave in and gave that to him. So HT has 33.4% , JX has 33.3% , and ZZ has 33.3% . At least that is what I think. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Yeah it’s not real love she has for him. It’s the idea of being in a relationship with him that she is in love with. All the reasons she listed for them to be together had nothing to do with love. Love doesn’t always make sense.

Exactly! Because she may think she is not doing evil to him but to Jing Xi , but he invested in Jing Xi’s company so it hurts him as well. He asked her once to just focus on her company and not play dirty. But she did not listen to him. He lost respect for her. She may love him , but he never saw her that way. And I believe it has 10 years, so if he has not made a move on you yet then “ Girl, he is just not into you so move on.” 🤦🏻‍♀️

I completely agree. I have thought she looks too old for male lead.

After watching episode 24.5 with machine subtitles, there are a few comments I want to check what they really said. 😆😂 Especially the conversation between Zeng Di and that other business man. 😂 The subtitles had to be wrong there.

So when she took off her coat the next day at her office and I saw the zipper down the back of her dress, I had a light bulb 💡 moment. That’s why we saw her on her stomach after she took off his shirt. Maybe everyone knew this, but for me at that moment it made sense. Wish that scene could have been a little longer. Hopefully they will get past their awkwardness soon. 🥰 Bring on the romance! ❤️

😡😡 I had to pause and come here from the birthday party. 😡😡 QiuZi pursued him immediately after they broke up and kept it from her best friends because she knew it was wrong. She even had feelings for him while they were dating. OMG!! Why did the female lead tell her it was ok because they were single and could do what they wanted. At least she said she should have told her and walked out to get composure. But she should not let her and her ex off that easy. QiuZi chose a guy over her best friend. 😡 So much lying. I will go back and finish the episode, but I want them to step away from a friendship with her. At least her two friends said what should have been said. 😡😡😡

Yes, the biggest problem is she is lying to her friend. She knows it’s wrong because she feels ashamed to tell her everything. She should have told her after their break up. Then she would have a choice to make, her friend or the guy. 🤦🏻‍♀️ There is no way it would ever stop being awkward around your ex fiancé and one of your close friends. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I watched the first episode out of curiosity. I enjoyed it, but I think I will wait to see if she gets her own divorce quickly. I just don’t think I can watch her husband and the mistress think they are getting away with it for too long. It must be hard to get a divorce in South Korea. It seems easy to get a divorce here in the US. Hopefully she can gather her evidence and expose those two cheaters . I will check back. I am watching Miss Night and Day, My Sweet Mobster, As Beautiful As You, and Red Swan as of right now. I will give this one a chance if she brings her husband down in the next few episodes instead of waiting until the very end. Very hard to watch cheating! 😡

You are so right. In reality no friend would be ok with what she is doing. So if they make the female lead just accept it and move on- that’s just not realistic. I just can’t watch any of their scenes. 😡

He finally draws a clear line in episode 21. He tells her she was never a choice for him basically. I can’t wait until she is completely out of the picture. 😡

I agree about the cheating husband. It makes you second guess every marriage in the recent dramas. It really would be nice to have a happy marriage once in a while. 😊

I enjoyed this one. The ending could have used at least one more episode to tie things up nicely. But not too bad.
