Hauntingly beautiful.
Had I Not Seen The Sun Part 2.I didn't expect to like the second part more, but here I am, amazed at how perfect it was. It balanced perfectly the beautiful love story between the "butterfly and the moth" and the gruesome murders he committed to protect her.
Again I found myself forgetting that this man brutally murdered all those people, wanting to find a way for him to be forgiven, they were scum they deserved it and it was so satisfying to see these monsters cry in pain and beg for forgiveness.
Watching this part made me realize why the back story was told in such detail, all of it is important, the beautiful parts, the ugly and painful parts too all to better understand the mind of this man and the broken girl he loved so much.

Stupid, but somewhat watchable?
I have had so many contradicting opinions on this drama, Immediately hated it and almost dropped it within the first few minutes and only stayed because Jang Kiyong is so beautiful that I couldn't look away and I'm glad I did because the first 2 episodes are fantastic up to that last part where the most idiotic misunderstanding was introduced, I truly cannot care how urgently you must go, taking a few seconds to knock on a door or at least write a note is the logical reaction, but drama land is what it is...The storyline is cliché to the max, love triangle where the second male lead is by far the best choice, fake relationships, misunderstandings you name it, this drama has it, I have despite that been actively watching because it is funny, is inoffensive and entertaining.
I am though greatly disappointed about what happened in episodes 11-12. the first being, Kim Seonu perfect beautiful Seonu waiting until the last second to reject Yoo Hayoung, that conversation should've happened the moment she expressed interest in him, I'm disappointed but still believe he's the best and second the last secret is unacceptable there is no reality in which something like that would be and I truly cannot understand why instead of yelling at her, firing her they had Jihyeok's father slap her in front of everyone to make it even worse.
This mess of a series is finally over and I should've listened to my first instinct, although it was entertaining at some point it eventually felt like a chore. To be completely honest I skipped through most of the last two episodes just to get it over with, it could've been great but as most rom-coms this years it ended up not being worth it. I mean there is something in there if you have the patience to sit through all of the garbage.

It could've been amazing.
I am writing this review with 15 out of 16 episodes watched because, I needed a break and needed to vent a little. Besides, I highly doubt watching the end is going to change my mind about this train wreck of a drama. How is it that I went from being anxious for the weekend to come so I could watch this to literally forcing myself to finish? It was so freaking good when it started!! Those first two episodes were perfect!!! the fight scenes are so cool, the characters so likeable and my god The villain is beyond cool!! I saw another reviewer complain about him, something along the lines of " how can such a small man be so menacing" and that's actually the point, a small frail looking man that holds so much power that no one dares to touch him. Oh Jungse is a wonderful actor, an actor so brilliant that even in the worst of scripts he will turn out a 10/10 Characterization and Good boy is an excellent example of his brilliance.
The story just started unraveling and going nowhere and everywhere at the same time.
Dongju is annoyingly stupid and stubborn to the point that if he were a real person he would've died a long time ago! god if he weren't so pretty I'd slap him!
I am going to finish this disaster only because I need to see the captain survive this, I need to look at Bogum's smile a little longer and enjoy the wonderfuly played villain that is being wasted here. Also it's not that I don't like the romance plot, but, it would've been better without, not every story needs a romance plot and this one would've been far cooler if ot were just action comedy centered.
OK, so I finished it, the final episode was fun, I laughed a lot and really enjoyed the fighting scenes. If only they had done 8-10 episodes and cut the romance plot this would've easily been a 10 as it is I think a 6 is more than fair.

I think I might be a Moon Sangmin fan now
I opened my Netflix account and hit play on the first suggestion I got. I was immediately glued to my seat wide eyed and filled with joy. I Watched episodes 1-6 in one sitting and didn't even notice the time pass. I woke up the next day eager to watch the remaining two available episodes and I cannot stress enough how excited I am for the weekend to come so I can watch more.I wasn't interested in this drama at all I didn't know anything about the plot either, mostly because Moon Sangmin to me is one of those actors that other than being really tall and handsome doesn't really add much, but in this drama he proved me wrong in the best way. He plays the proud arrogant prince to perfection and does the slightest tweaks to his expressions to portray the body swap convincingly I don't have much to say about Nam Jihyun, because she has always been fantastic in everything I've seen her. Both leads have great chemistry with each other and are doing a great job with the body swap, I love the supporting cast and I love, love, loooove everything about this drama so far.
We're only halfway through though so I'm just hoping that it doesn't fall in quality too much in the second half.
Episodes 9-10 were amazing!! so good in fact that I'm now terrified that as per usual they'll fumble the ending. I really really hope the keep up this level until the end, this is a great drama, with great cast, great acting and such a fun plot, this totally makes up for how disappointing Moon River was for me.
There are only two episodes left of this series and this might just be wishful thinking but, I think this is going to be one of those rare times that the ending holds up maybe because I went into it expecting nothing or maybe it is this good, I don't know, but It keeps surprising me I truly cannot wait to watch how this ends.
I am completely satisfied with how this drama ended especially because of the cameo in the last episode 🤩😍😍. I really don't have anything else to add, if you're reading this and you haven't watched, go give it a go, it is really fun beginning to end. 😁

Sun isn't the jerk here, Sairung's father is.
I'm not really sure how to rate this series, I did sit through all 12 episodes in one sitting, no pauses, no breaks I just sat and watched, so I can't say I completely hated it in fact I did enjoy some of it.Sadly although an easy watch, this series makes very little sense starting from the fact that the plot consists of a girl who's suffered such trauma after her mother's passing that has caused her to develop 5 distinct personalities so her father has the genius idea to hire a jerk who's main source of income comes from tricking women into falling for him only to then mercilessly break their hearts, a job he's quite proud of and enjoys maybe too much. What kind of father would do such a heinous thing to their own daughter and why?? According to him if all 5 personalities fall for the same man they'll merge into one and all of his daughter's issues will go away. Whatt??? How!!!!??? Where did he get such a stupid idea from? What is he basing this tactic on? Not even he knows!! Father of the year right here. And I'm not even going to get into episode look, 11 I don't know anything about psychology but I can assure that that is not how DID works.
The good things, the things I stayed sat though 12 episodesof nonsense, The main actress Mind, gorgeous woman btw, did a great job portraying the 5 personalities, each had their own style, speech pattern and mannerisms to the point that one could easily tell who was on screen. Nanon who I usually associate with soft baby girl type characters that cpuld do no wrong did make this jerk heartbreaker jackass come to life, I kind of wanted to slap him a couple times and smiled ear to ear when eventually he did get slapped.
The rest of the cast was cute and they made what was a total mess enjoyable but at the end of the day it's a really dumb series that doesn't have much of a story.
If you're watching this waiting for it to make sense, don't bother but if you're a Nanon fan and want something to pass the time you might like this.
I'm rating it a 5 trust me it's not good but not entierly bad either.

Why the low ratings?
Azure Spring is a simple seaside series, the scenery is beautiful, the food looks delicious and the characters are quite likeable (except for that annoying girl) It's a healing no fuss drama and it's short so it's very easy to watch in one sitting.I saw the low rating today and I almost dropped it, I'm so happy I gave it a chance because it's a pretty nice miniseries, honestly the only reason I'm not rating it a 10/10 it's because of the annoying girl and the cat, really that cat! Is too hard to train a real cat or are they just too lazy? AI is slowly ruining everything, but anyway if you're looking for a simple healing drama this one hits the spot.

Stunning cinematography
This movie is absolutely gorgeous from the opening scene in Bolivia to the close-ups of fujishiro's face, every single shot is perfect. However, the story is absolutely confusing, boring and depressing. I couldn't understand why Fujishiro and Yayoi were together, it just didn't make sense at all. And then the flashbacks with Haru, Did she always know she was sick? Or was it something she discovered while traveling? Maybe that's why the father was so creepy, I have many questions and a lot of confusion but, I am not curious enough to keep watching I completely lost interest in the story once Haru's and Yayoi's friendship was revealed and to be honest I only got that far because I got desperate and skipped a few scenes.
It's a shame because Satoh Takeru is good, but the two leading actresses were not at all convincing in their roles, maybe if they were better I would've stuck to the end.

The younger version is better
I was going to wait to binge this one, but boredom got to me and without even noticing I had watched two episodes. I am sensing that I might regret starting before all episodes are out.I see other reviewers complaining about the adult versions being too childish and although I understand that can be annoying I usually don't mind it as long as it's no too exaggerated.
I do agree that the younger version is much better. Both couples have good chemistry and nice banter but it's funnier and more natural with the teenagers, I kinda wish that the story was set in that time period even though I do enjoy the adults too.
One thing that I don't like and it's quite common in these kdramas is that the the younger actors don't resemble the older actors, it makes the story feel disjointed as If we're watching two different couples instead of the same couple in two different time periods.
An update 5 episodes in, Cha Jihye is the worst 😫 I hate her and they better cut off ties with her by the end of the drama or I'll be livid!! also When if ever writes are going to learn that if the conflict can be resolved by having a simple conversation is not a conflict it's an annoyance!!???!! They had a much better conflict right there, the family feud, that should've been the reason or literally anything else that didn't involve a stupid misunderstanding.
I continued watching up to episode 10. I was planning to watch the last two episodes today, but, I kinda don't want to anymore. I'm so upset that they're still friends with Cha Jihye and episode 10 was so boring I skipped most scenes that didn't include the leads.
I might come back and skip through the last two episodes but I doubt it, it started fun but later became boring, predictable and frustrating.

It's like a warm hug.
I really wasn't expecting this series to be this good, I'm surprised that I'm enjoying it so much. It's simple yet enjoyable.Sunwoo Hae is such an awesome character, He's been through so much hardship at such a young age and yet he's so sweet and caring I truly love this man.
Seong Jeyeon is too cute for words truly Sunwo's perfect match.
Taerin is hilarious! every single scene she's in is a joy to watch, especially the bickering with Sunwoo.
Kim Seokju is the best characters with the best personality and is bot getting enough screen time.
I'm loving this series more and more with each episode and I hope to god that it doesn't go downhill at the end.🤞🏼
I'm not even done with episode 5 yet, but I had come and update. This drama gives me the giggles times a thousand!!! I'm loving it so so much. Please I'm begging 🙏🏼 don't let this one be another "Uncontrollably fond" It's been almost ten years and I'm still not over it.
Also I'm in love with kim Seokju.
I hastily came and updated my review halfway through episode 5 last week maybe in the hopes that maybe if I wrote it down the sad ending leering it's ugly head around the corner wouldn't come, now 8 episodes in there's no denying it.
I see the rating has been rather low throughout these past 8 episodes and I can't disagree even though I wish I could I am enjoying it much but I understand how others wouldn't. The storyline isn't the most original, we can pretty much forsee what's going to happen and although listed as mains Kim Seokju and Mo Taerin are barely in the story, so much so that it wouldn't make much of a difference if they weren't included at all; A total shame because they are absolutely adorable.
I initially compared this drama to a warm hug and I still believe it so, It's that warm comforting hug you never want to end because you know that when it does you can never go back. I as a sucker that would dive in head first into guaranteed heartbreak knowing all to well how badly it hurts, plan on seeing this through.
I will come back once all 12 episodes have aired to adjust my rating accordingly as I'm aware that I have overrated it so far.
Also, I'm even more in love with Kim Seokju.
I'm back after watching the finale, still madly in love with Seokju and upset that he and Mo Taerin didn't get the screen time they deserved.
I've been watching Kdramas for about 15 years now so I'm used to being underwhelmed by the ending, this was no exception and even more due to the fact that the final 2 episodes were split.
I don't want to give spoilers, I'll just say that, the drama was sweet all the way through but with no surprises simple comfort and a so so storyline and extremelyboringlast episode. I would recommend as a one time watch with the warning that it's very predictable and I doubt that I'd rewatch abd if I do it would be just to skip to Kim Seokju and Mo Tarein Scenes.

Don't waste your time
I don't know how ot happened but I started this with zero expectations and still ended up disappointed. The first season of Squid Game was one of the best ever it was near perfect and it would've had they not continued the story.
Season 2 introduced a very interesting cast of Characters it was funny and seemed to have some potential, but then, nothing happened most of the runtime wasted on pointless conversations and repetitive voting scenes, I kept waiting for the fun games to start and then it ended and nothing really happened.
I only watched season 3 because I didn't want to leave the series unfinished but maybe I should have, 6 hours of my life wasted nothing to show for it, the ending left me feeling empty, unsatisfied and angry. Such aa great cast and one of the worst storyline I ever sat through.
Please if you haven't watched this season yet, just don't,you won't be missing anything.

Disappointing
I've wanted to watch the original movie Les émotifs anonymes for a while but, I couldn't find it in any streaming service in my region so when I saw there was a Japanese adaptation starring Han Hyojoo I was psyched!!!The first couple episodes were interesting, cute and funfy.nThe actors are great in their roles and the chocolate looks absolutely divine, but I don't know, for me, there's something missing, I can't even explain why but somewhere along the way I got bored and struggled to focus and couldn'twait for it to be over already. The ending was cute but not enough to ease the feeling of disappointment it gave me.
Maybe it's me, maybe I expected too much, but it was just fine, not good, not bad, not something I would recommend or ever watch again.
Edit.
I was able to watch the movie and liked it so much better, the story is simpler and quirky, so if like me you thought this series was lacking a little something, give the movie a chance if you haven't.

It grossed me out.
I put this one on my watchlist just because it starred Jung Subin and I regret it. I think he's so freaking adorable but this series made me want to punch him hard in the face. Why do most BL series insist in having one manly man and another man so delicate he could easily be replaced with a woman or a child and make no difference? Truly these 3 men deserve jail or need therapy or both.
Yoo Do Ha who on many instances claims to be a 27 year old grown ass man sounds, looks and behaves like a 5 year old yet somehow for some reason he has 3 men interested in him.
Taek Gyeong, childhood best friend who's been in love with him forever, acts like a mad dog around him, seriously terrifying.
Haram, Café owner clingy, slimy and sleezy gives me the creeps just following Doha around practically stalking him.
Yeon San former coworker handsome plank of wood.
I watched the entire series and I have no idea why they liked Doha, Why and when Doha liked the person he chose, it's obvious who he chose I don't have to say it and you don't have to watch it to know. All 3 choices were bad but, chose the absolute worst, Doha dear, I know he's got a cute smile, but that doesn't erase his horrible awful toxic personality.
8 episodes of nothing really, some beautiful shots here and there, cute boys to look at, but absolutely not worth watching.

Not worth it.
Park Minyoung used to be one of my favorite Korean actresses, but these days I can barely stand to look at her. In Healer, City hunter Sungyukwan scandal and even some of her later works, like When the weather is fine and What's wrong with secretary Kim, her face used to be so beautiful and expressive with her chubby cheeks and bright smile, I could stare at her for hours and not get bored, but now I'm not sure if she had more plastic surgery of if it's the excessive weight loss but, she's lost her brightness, her expressions are stiff and I can't quite understand what she's supposed to be feeling and that's unfortunate because this drama is very interesting, I really liked the first two episodes, but I'm not sure if I want to continue watching, I want to because I'm really curious as to what exactly is going on but, ughh the plastic face is just too distracting.I've done my best not to be distracted by Park Mingyoung's appearance, it's hard but it's worth it, Especially because the villain is so terrifying, he doesn't have that many scenes or even lines but his presence is so alluring, this might be my favorite of Ki Junghyun's characters. The plot is getting more interesting, Han Seola has got to have the worst luck in drama history it is a miracle she's still alive actually. I want to know more, I'm pretty invested here, let's see what happens in the upcoming episodes.
8 episodes into this drama, and I want my time back, by god this has gotten so dumb, this is an absolute waste of good cast. There are still 4 episodes left, and I'm not sure if I'm curious enough to see it though.
I tried to finish this but episodes 9-10 were garbage although I am curious to see how they wrap this up, I won't be watching I give up, I have had enough.

Armin, The worst time traveler of all time.
I initially thought this was an adaptation of a webtoon that I read a couple years back (Again by Seojin, the plot is pretty close to this one and it's really good). It turned out it wasn't but it still peaked my interest. Here I sit binging and breezing through what is a very entertaining show and although it's good I have to write down some thoughts, some minor inconveniences that have been bothering me and why I'm not giving this show a 10/10.
1. The first episode problem, the older versions were really bad, they didn't look late forties, maybe fifties that the characters were supposed to be, so when Armin went back all the way to 1999 looking exactly the same as he did in 2025 I was seriously confused. Also aside from the lack of social media and smart phones everything looks pretty much the same, costume wise and sets it's all too modern, I wish more attention to details were present whilst filming this series.
2.The Armin problem, this man has got to be the dumbest most annoying time traveler of all time!! by god he won't shut up about the future, fights people about thing that haven't happened yet and when the time comes to say something he won't??!! make it make sense. This is usually played for laughs on time travel stories but eventually the time traveler knows to just shut it, consequences, butterfly effect and whatnot. Does Armin care or even think about consequences nope, he just keeps yapping and it gets old pretty quickly. I'm not going to get into it about the hair, but stylist please!! this actor has luscious hair, just stop messing with it!!!
3.The Tada problem, first of, why is this man's name a sound effect??, Is he a magic trick!?? I just can't help myself and every time he shows up or is mentioned in my head I go "Tadaaaaah" probably the reason why I'm having so much fun watching it to be honest, but it's unfair that such a beautiful man has to carry that ridiculous name 🤣. On a more serious note I don't trust him especially after Narin showed up, Is that boy even legal?? just Yuck!!! and even after explaining himself and knowing the reason why he loves (more like obsesses over) Armin there's something off about the character's actions, like he shows up out of nowhere everywhere Armin is like magic, puff, tadah!! ( I told you I can't help myself) he seems too creepy this might be because I'm not done watching and there's still something he's not saying 🤷♀️ I suspect he might also be a time traveler maybe although all signs point to no, he's just creepy and weird.
4. The Thiwthit problem, Oh My god Bom is sooo bad in this!!!, I adored him on In I will knock you, he fit that character perfectly, but in this show this villain is portrayed so badly every word he says, how he walks those exaggerated expressions, it's like he based the character on the worst cartoon villain he could think of, just bad all around throwing temper tantrums that even a two year old would be embarrased by. The only times I've tolerated him have been when he had that one conversation with Ren at the bar that scene was really good, maybe because of First, who is playing the villainous role so well that I wish he were cast as Thiwthit instead. And that other time when he approached Tada. Probably not entierly his fault, I mean the directot probably okayed this, maybe it was all they could get out him, I can't say for sure but his acting is a mayor hindrance on the quality of this series.
I'm rambling on too much, I'll stop here for now and come back when I have finished the series.
Welp!! I finished it and enjoyed a lot despite all my grievances it is a really good show and the ending was beautiful although the explanation about what happened to Armin in his previous life doesn't make any sense and they had plenty of time to come up with something better so, no excuses!!
I never stopped doubting Tada (Tadaaah!!), I wish maybe his character was better explained or have it happen sooner than it did. I never understood the deal with Narin because although a bit shady, Tada (Tadaaaaahh!!) doesn't seem like the type who would do such a thing, besides as hot and rich as he is he really doesn't need to either. I adored Armin thank God they stop messing with his hair!! (right after I wrote about it, it's like the universe heard me) the man never shut up about the future but he still grew on me.
By the end coming back to 2025 and everyone still looking the exact same, the only explanation I can find to this is that this is an alternate reality where people are just young and beautiful forever, maybe? 🤷♀️ I don't know, it's fantasy literally anything can happen.I had maybe a little too much fun watching and laughing so hard at thing that weren't supposed to be funny that I wish I could rate it higher really but, as I listed before there were some things lacking therefore I rated it a
6.0/10
I adjusted my rating as a kind friend pointed out that my rating wa to high in comparison to my notes. Which is true, I did and I still am due to how fun it was to watch. It is worth watching because it's so dumb it's fun, not because of quality.

I am obsessed!!
I knew nothing about this drama other than the title and main leads, The title is beautiful and I really like both actors a lot so I didn't care to know anything else. The first episode is so confusing, I was with my eyes glued to the T.V making sure I wasn't missing any details, wheels turning in my head trying to guess what was going on. Is this an Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind situation? She seems to have forgotten him, but he was the one involved in an accident, or some fantasy element, parallel worlds? He seems to have switched personalities entirely so it's either that or the dead boyfriend is possessing his body, wait! Is this man a demented stalker?!! I was going crazy trying to figure it out.
Second episode starts and doesn't waste any time in spoiling the mystery, unfortunately. Although I would've liked to be kept in the dark for just a little while longer, I absolutely adored these two episodes and will definitely continue to watch the story unfold.
Episodes 3-4 were leagues better than 1-2 so much so that I just had to come and Adjust my rating. I was worried initially that the whole mystery part was thrown at us too fast and that it would just be an average Rom-Com and yes they did and well it is, there's more to this drama, there's still more to uncover and the romance part so far is working marvelously.
The supporting cast is amazing, love all the side characters but, my favorite has to be Hadam and her perfect boyfriend, they're adorable.
Omg!! Why was episode 6 postponed?! I'm dying 😫😫 This has become my favorite of thr ongoing dramas, I am addicted and need, beg, that the ending is worth it because I plan to binge watch the whole thing when all the episodes come out.
I Began this review complaining and actually a bit hurt that we weren't kept in the dark a bit longer, but 7 episodes in and I am done complainin. I am obsessed and I need the rest of the episodes to air so I can go back and binge in one sitting. I love, love, loooooove this drama!
The ending was absolutely adorable, however, it was rushed and I wanted more. There wasn't enough screen time with the side couples which is a shame because I am sure we all agree that all 4 couples were equally loved. This would've been a 10/10 if the conflict hand't dragged so long and it should've been at least 14 episodes. I still loved this drama and Will watch again and again.
