Clearly you don't understand the show then. There's no one being the sole reason of why stuff is fucked, they're all kids who makes mistakes and by the end of it all, learn from said mistakes.

Did you watch the whole show? Also the show covers like 2 years, of their adolescent years where they're all trying to figure stuff out. This last episode literally brought everything together, tying all loose threads together and giving reasons to why each of them acted like they did.

I don't know how laws work in your country but even with the how lax the laws are in my country, at least we know what grooming is and you get a punishment for doing that.
