At first I was very puzzled why people were praising this drama so much. Nevertheless, I forced myself to watch because Reply 1988 has the same creators as Hospital Playlist which I love. After the 5th episode, the same pattern as in HP worked, I suddenly felt connected to the characters, began to experience their problems, rejoice in their happiness. I began to feel nostalgic for a time and place I didn't even live in! This is precisely the power of this drama. For me absolutely deserved 10/10 but I know that not everyone will feel the same.

It's not finished yet. Still 3 episodes left.

IU is a queen of sad/bittersweet endings. Still Park Bo Gum is so mesmerizing, with his smile and how he acts with his eyes. It's a tough one but I think I'm gonna watch it.
Hopefully IU and Woo Seok drama will be a typical romcom 😂
