Nobody is fan of that thick head character. Pmo so much.
Agree, he’s all sunshine and rainbow in real life lol i just love SWL’s subtle preference and obsession towards GT even though he himself doesn’t realize it. He obviously likes GT but is too dense to realize it and his mouth always somehow goes off first instead of his brain when he’s getting jealous.

Ohh i guess i’m one of the few who liked him. He was annoying at first but he grew on me, doesn’t help that he got hotter and hotter after every ep 🫣🤣
For me he was getting likeable halfway through but i felt like his character development slowed to a snail pace after episode 7. Kinda felt like the writers wanted everyone to hate him, that line he said in the finale“10years it was all for this”etc., wasn’t in the novel. I don’t know why the writer added it in here, it just made everyone hate him more. He was already getting hate for being slow and having a mouth faster than his brain, so i guess why not add this in 🥲
I read this on Tiktok and thought its beautiful, something to share here:
Hua Yong is written by someone who loved too loudly in a world that punishes echoes. So they gave him hands that shake from wanting and a spine that bends without breaking. He's not obsessive, just someone who's been starved so long he mistakes abundance for air. They ask him to calm down, to love smaller, but they don't realise he's already been shrinking since birth.
Shaoyou is written by someone who stopped believing in warmth but still keeps a match in his pocket. So they built him from ego and fear, a monument to the kind of boy who'd rather be misunderstood than betrayed. People call him proud, but they don't see the child rehearsing indifference because tenderness once burned his house down!
Gao Tu is written by someone who mistook endurance for devotion. So they made him patient to the point of prayer, the kind of soul who stays even when staying hurts. People call him foolish, but he isn't. He just believes love is a seed that grows best in silence, even if he never lives long enough to see it bloom!
Wenlang is written by someone who learned affection from people who yelled while caring. So they gave him a voice like broken glass and a heart that bleeds through sarcasm. He never means to hurt, he just doesn't know any softer dialect. They call him cruel, but cruelty is the only lullaby he remembers.
Anyone remembered when the preview for episode 9 dropped and how it got everyone on a chokehold, nervous and excited for it to come. And then it dropped and the days after it aired this comment section was a warzone and chaos… good times 💀🤣
Desire4 fandom name is officially called i4cream (pronounced as icecream )hello i4creams 🌠🌠🌠🍦🍦🍦🍦
Aww i love it 🥹 such a cute name with similar vibe with the four members, is there a story behind it?
In another world we could have been the desir4bles 🫢🤣
Edit: i saw the meaning 🥹🫶🏻 1. Sounds just like “ice cream” sweet, cool, and full of love, just like them! 2. The fan name "i4cream" means love d4, translated as ice cream i : represents "I", every independent fan. 4 : Represents "for" and "four-person group". Cream : represents "the cream of the crop" — meaning elite, top-tier, or sweet like cream. 3. 4 = 四 sì making i-sì-cream sound like ice cream
Hey, Can anyone tell me what song is this? So lovely!! ❤️ Is there a full version of this? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=r4wLbt_7UIg&pp=ygUQQWJvIHNlcmllcyBlcCAxNQ%3D%3D
Its Sheng Shao You’s theme song “You are the true” sung by Kipuka. The full version link of the song is actually in the description of the link you sent 😊 https://youtu.be/b7QCZFeY2Ls?si=DEkrNo6T_IHxpcWT
one thing I couldn't figure out after watching the show and also reading the book: why does Hua Yong keep calling…
To me it seemed like it’s HY’s personal term of endearment for SSY. Something that is normal for others but for him is very endearing. Kinda similar with the kdrama I’m Sorry I Love You, the FL calls the ML ahjussi throughout the show and it became iconic and held meaning in the long run.
I still chuckle everytime i remember HY had the bright idea to make products with SSY's scent including toilet cleaner and SWL using this as an insult every chance he get from the very start 😂
Ahhhh SWL hugging GT and also Lele too in this bts, is this practice scene or for special? (for my delulu mind) 😂 why did they not include Lele in the reunion hug? 🥹
Happy ending overall especially for the main couple, lots of cute moments. Open ending for the second couple, implied happy ending too but felt rushed and unsatisfying. Personally i think an extra 1-2mins for them would’ve made a big difference 😊
SWL was supposed to be both really drunk (it wasn’t shown properly in the show but it was in the novel) and in rut. GT’s heat and their high compatibility made him crazy and triggered his rut so he was in a hazy/fuzzy state at that time, these two factor explains why he can’t remember much who it was and what happened that night.
He’s so misunderstood 🥲
