Nang did...she did her own investigation. In the novel. She also did so in the novel. In the novel she blurted out nk secrets to the 3 guys (pk & friends). In the novel she had a redemption arch ....pity they are wasting good materials.
My bad I'm going between the novel & lakorn.
But in the lakorn...she knew her mom had an affair. (From what i can remember?)
Nang - a kid who has no parents... you should have died with them.
Yes....but she is still bullying nk. She was physical with her as an adult. Nk grew up and walked away. She grabbed nk hair and her arm. Mark saw it and she stopped.
She's no evil but she hasn't grown up from her verbal and physical abuse.
It is culture and it also depends on the family dynamics.
I appreciate seeing the parents being so supportive.
The M.L. dad is a tsundere? He scold him but he is very caring. It was touching when they sent each other off. He gave his dad a card with money. His dad left a card with money.
They did display the disapproving mom with the 2nd couple....but it didn't take over the drama/plot.
The F.L. lead father is always supportive. He told her that the small stage can't handle his dauther and even if it is in N.Korea he will be there to watch her host.
Each time i watch this drama i take out more lofe lesson from it. Although i didn't care for the 2nd lead. I grown to appreciate certain aspect of it.
Yes these things is part of the culture....but i feel we have progress. I'm asian and My parents has learn to leave me alone ( they don't pressure me or demand certain things. ) i also Instill these boundaries

That is still mean spirited
They did have more scenes....hugs...understanding...sleeping on the bed.
They probably hope mark was finished in ep 17....nope he is alive and well
She said to pang. Your parents died... kill themselves...your mom had an affair ...
Pang showed growth when she told her those words no longer hurts her and she won't react...she then walk away.
Would i call her evil? No...but she is still a mean spirited person
Mark did not have a big arch. It was irrelevant...i mean it was not a big focus....they are not chassing a crime/killer
Gullible & naive
Pity cuz he is NOT like that in the novel...he get jealous...but isn't acting like a buffoon.
Also
Nk investigating by herself and gets in danger - check
Pk coming to the rescue again - check
Kidnapping - check
Shot at - check
Mom blocking - check
Noble idiocy - check
Wrist grabbing/ carry - check
I'm waiting on amnesia
I'm sure I'm missing a few more
But for sure the reader don't like the changes. Mark was exhausting and didn't help with the plot.
I mentioned how they can used certain aspect of the book but instead chose the mark storyline.
It was a bad choice and misopportunity.
Now the ending will be rushed. Insteaded of focusing on the leads development.
She's no evil but she hasn't grown up from her verbal and physical abuse.
That they like the novel better and it had better pra'nang moments.
That's what i got from it lol

My bro friend mentioned it to me ...that when i say certain words...it is heavy on an asian accent. I also feel like i hear it.
I feel like i can't speak my native lang. Well nor English.
My daily life is eng. Sooo...it is a bit...eh...
