Yes they do for historical dramas, usually for modern dramas they don't record everything again, only scenes with loud noises (like if they are in the middle of the city). But I heard that the historical sets are really loud: one because they are multiple crews filming their dramas and 2: because it is a tourist site so they are many people around. That is why everything needs to be recorded again.
