Many people in the comments recently are talking about how they don't like this drama which is ok, everyone has their own opinions. I think one of the reasons why is because they are binge watching the show. I watched the show while it was airing, and this comment section was so different. Many people were complimenting this drama. This drama is quite slow paced, so it is not suitable to binge watch. You need to take your time and savour the relationship between the two leads, then only you will enjoy it. It is not really plot based (like there is no miscommunication or anything drastic happening), it is character focused and follows the relationship of two people from strangers to lovers.

Not only Jinmai, but Wu Lei is also very kind to her. Thats why they make such a sweet cp, because both of them take care of each other.

I decided to check out yangmi's page after watching FSMM and I am so shocked about the amount of negativity here. Like majority of the comments don't make sense, stop talking about propaganda and just support whichever actress you want. If you don't like yang mi, don't visit her page. And stop mentioning other actresses, just support your fav without bashing other actresses. This comment section needs to be clensed.

Hmm, maybe it was because there was too much background noise for they couldn't do live dubbing. I also prefer the actors main voice but oh well.

Unfortunately, they didn't for love in the pavilion. Not sure about the one with chengyi, but I think they didn't as well. It is a cool technology, but I heard there was a lot of trouble editing with it as well. Like for the magic, it's easier to use a greenscreen, but since the magic cgi had to be edited in front of a screen it took a long time to edit.

I was so surprised to see how well the 3 main actresses suit their roles. All of them have similar features to a fox.

If anyone is wondering why the background cgi is so good, it is because they used a curved screen. So usually in fantasy cdrama, they usually use greenscreen and edit the background in afterwards. But for the first time, this drama implemented a curved screen where the background was made before the show started shooting. So the actors are acting in front of the screen, and they can see the background as well. I think this is amazing because it lets the actors immerse themselves in the atmosphere and also makes the background more realistic.

In the original manhua, FL is actually very violent and doesn't use magic powers, she instead uses her fists lol. It's because her magic was very weak, she only got stronger later (not going to tell you why because that is a spoiler). I think they changed it because it doesn't look pretty if yang mi is fighting like a gangster.

You know it is a xianxia drama when there is a male voice recalling what happened in the past for 30 secs in the intro. Whenever that happens, I never pay attention and forget even though it will be important in the future plot.

The chaotic acting is more japanese drama style, you can't expect the same to be applied in thai dramas because that doesn't appeal to the thai audience. Why don't we all appreciate and enjoy both shows since they are different from each other, no need to compare.
