Episode 23, Nie Chengyuan is full of himself. That woman and her daughter are using him, and he’s too caught up to notice. I don’t feel sorry for him; sending NXG money was just to soothe his own guilt.

The whole scene annoyed me. Now that someone else likes her, he suddenly wants to admit his feelings.

Episode 20. Yeah, Xi Guang might have overreacted, but I get it—she was worried but she definitely should have eased up a bit once confirmed he was okay. Also, I felt bad for Lin Yusen; he could only share what he knows and couldn't do much physically. It felt like he was mourning the life he lost. But on another note I am so happy for two episodes returning tomorrow 😭

Yes Nie Chengyuan “mistress” daughter is going around using the surname Nie so people are assuming she’s NXG because he only has one daughter. That’s who ML was meeting up with not FL.

Anyone who read the novel Nie Cheng Yuan “mistress” and her daughter is using him correct? The daughter is going around telling people she’s his daughter and I’m guessing she is who Lin Yusen was meeting and he thinks it was Nie Xi Guang. Hope this misunderstanding gets cleared up soon.

She’s slowly moving on from her feelings for SML and connecting with ML, I didn’t expect her feelings for ZX to be erased overnight but she’s warming up to Lin Yusen.

Episodes 14 and 15 were super cute! Their date and all the food they tried were adorable, and those couple phone cases? Love it! I low-key appreciate that she didn’t just move on from her crush after the confession; it feels more realistic cause feelings can’t be erased overnight . I’m enjoying the slow burn of their relationship, watching them fall in love both at work and outside.

On a side note, I really don’t care to see ZX and his work drama ✌️🥱 🙄
