Pedophlia implies a psychiatric disorder and sexual attraction. There is no psychiatric disorder and no sexual intent between the two kids. So there is no pedophilia.

Stalking implies complusive sickly habit of harrassment that are intrusive and against the will of other party and create a feeling of fear. There is no such thing in this drama. The little girl is just curious about the student and follows him, saves him from the workers and they talk comfortably. This is stalking? No it is not.

If a young woman works hard to meet an old friend or someone she used to like, is this stalking? No because it does not prejudice the person she wants to meet.

Some people here should open a dictionnary and make sure of the definition and concepts of the words they are using before they talk bs and bs and more bs.

No I told you that a judge would lock you up in a mental hospital if you were to go to him make your silly claims about pedophilia and stalking... Please stick to the facts.

The Law does not appraise relationships based on the maturity of the parties involved. There is no such thing. They just consider legal age or the situation of "taking advantage" of someone to profit from it.

So there is no problematic relationship in the 18th life. It is a 12yo teen girl and a 9yo teen boy who innocently like each other like many kids do. The fact that the FL is a reborn soul is fantasy and does not legally qualify the 12yo teen as an adult. Technically they are kids. There is nothing wrong in this.

As for the 19th life. It is just a kid's joke. 9yo girl knows that the student doesn't know her, doesn't ike her. There is nothing serious in this as she is not even in age to marry and maybe she will die from chocking on a walnut before she is.

People who have a problem with this drama like it is disclosing pedophilia and stalking should go to the end of their silly opinion. They should take the production and the drama to a court. Or just shut up before looking even more silly.

If there are such things in this drama, why don't you call the cops on the production and launch a public action to have this drama cancelled?

I like his character here. The FL knows a lot more than him but he can still nicely rebuke her ...

I saw Park So Yi in Little women and did not notice her but in this drama she is impressing. I hope there will be more scenes with her. She is really fun to watch. She and Shin Hye Sun carried the two first eps. Hope it keeps being good.

I kind of ship the younger sister with the friend of the ML. He is jokingly teasing her but it could work if she ends her foolish liking for the ML.

Lucky for us there is no pedophilia, stalking, unnatural obsession, misplaced rudeness, arrogance in this drama. It's just a nice fantasy story.

Maturity and being an adult are not always correlated. Some adults have no maturity. Some kids are more mature than common adults. When the FL finds her memories of her past lives around 8 or 9, it does not mean she becomes an adult. She does gain maturity because the memories are like past experiences. She can use them to trigger knowledges and abilities, but it does not mean she is an adult.

At age 9, she cannot be an adult. Her body is not developed as an adult. She has not reached sexual maturity and cannot procreate. Socially and legally, she is not considered an adult. She cannot buy alcohol. She cannot marry. She is not self-sufficient and responsible she needs a parent or a guardian. She does not understand the world around her unless she goes to school and learn to gain new knowledge and abilities to adjust herself and be an adult.

There is a scene where after she finds her memories, she writes something, and her writing is one of a kid. If she gained all knowledges and abilities with her memories, she would have the most beautiful adult writing and she would not need to learn from that book.

No. She is still a kid and her memories do not trigger her to suddenly be able to do everything like writing, dancing, playing, using a bow, riding horse, dancing… She must practice, go to school of gifted children, acquire knowledges and skills that did not exist in her previous lives and live her life properly in her current society and achieve something. If she does not do that, what’s the point of living?

I think when she says "marry me" as a kid, it's just a kid's proposal.

Because if you think she is 500 years old, none of her action will look logical. And you would be right. Because if she was really 500 years old, the only logical action she would do is to commit suicide see if she can be reborn as a princess or a billionnaire.

How can she be her 30yo uncle if she is a 9yo kid? She is not her uncle. She is a kid who has the memories of the uncle because they are the same soul, but they are different persons. A soul is a soul, not a person.

The old lady of the restaurant calls her "uncle" for the fun, but she would not treat her like she is her uncle or an Arab man that she was before being her uncle. Because she is not her uncle. She is a different person who will grow up to be a fine young woman and an engineer who works in a hotel. This is who she is as a person and this is the person the old woman has interplay with.

I mentioned the genius doctor to underline that being knowledgeable does not make people an adult. Taylor Wilson who achieved controlled nuclear fusion in 2008 when he was 14 years old was still a teen not an adult. Ji Um dancing or playing accordion or speaking Spanish at age 9 does not mean she is an adult. The fact that she acquires the skills thanks to reincarnation or hard study does not make a difference. She is still a kid.

Having memories of 100 years or 400 years does not make her an adult. In her 18th life, physically, biologically, emotionnally, she was still a 12yo teen and it is possible to fall in love with another kid because it is love or puppy love. There is no need for a brainstorming. The feelings just happen.

It is the magical and beautiful part of the story. She is reincarnated in a vessel "perfect" to keep the promise she made in her 18th life. But I am sure if she was reborn as some dudebro in Iceland, he could still find a way to keep the promise. This is a good idea for a spin off....

So far there is not a lot of information about how she is dealing with it. I think it is because she makes the pain sorrow and loss not influence her current life. This is why she can be a bright young woman in her 19th life. If she had to cumulate all the pains and sorrow and loss, she would just commit suicide everytime her memories are back.

Why do you assume she is the same person throughout her different lives when sometimes she is a man, sometimes she is a woman? Do you think that when a baby is conceived and his brain evolves until it reaches the stage of a teen's brain and then an adult's brain in his late 20s, it does not influence the personality of the person? How can you say that a 9yo or a 12 yo with a brain less developed than an adult is an adult? Does the knowledge or memories make you an adult? Is a genius doctor at age 12 an adult if he enters medical school and his fellow students are 23?

When she is 12yo she is a teen. When she is 9yo, she is a kid. The fact that she his more mature than other children and she can acquire skills because she used them in her previous lives does not make her an adult. Physically, emotionally, she is 9yo and she must grow up and go to school to learn new knowledges and become an engineer and a real adult.

You question her sexual orientation because you assume she is the same person throughout her 19 lives. It is not the case. People will understand it differently according with their religion, spiritual beliefs... but there is a theory that reincarnation is about a soul being reborn. Every time it is reborn, it is comfortable with the body it is born in or...the person changes sex . I believe during each of its reincarnation, she/he is fine with her/his body and living fully as a man or a woman. I could even say if she was reborn as a man in her 19th life, he could still find a way to look after the ML as promised to his dying mother.
