Are you trying to pass this as a way to romanticize the ANSP ? Because real ANSP would have shot the woman so because this ANSP in this drama did not do it, It is a romanticization of them?

Nice effort but the portrayal of the ANSP here is nowhere a good one or a romanticized one. Being objective instead of trying to sell a narrative at all cost is better if one wants to be credible.

It is controversial because some people want to make a controversy of it. They are claiming the drama is romanticizing the ANSP which is compeltely false based on the 2 first eps. It is their job to chase after NK agents and they are doing it the worst way in the drama.

If the ML was a SK student framed by ANSP agents, the SWJs would claim that the drama is using the real tragedy of real student to make money bla bla bla. It is just the story of a NK agent and they are already claiming to speak for the "victims" . It is ludicrous but these people they know the feelings of all victims. This is why they are keyboard warriors for social justice.

You see the level of bashing this drama is receiving just because there is a real NK agent. What would it be if he was a real SK student accused of being a NK agent like it happened to some real SK students... ?

Lee Kang Moo and his bunch of stooges cops are incompetent, violent and disrespectful. This is why they barged in a dormitory full of women with no warrant. They threatened a civilian at gunpoint, created a mess before going back to get a warrant and they had no consideration for naked women. Even if the cop was a woman, it is still rude and disrespectful.

These people who claim the drama is romanticizing the ANSP, if the have the same footages of cops doing this to civilians nowadays, they would go on a crusade against the cops.

How is this romanticizing the dictatoship when the governing party in this drama is presented as a mafia organization doing crazy stuffs that only a gangster organization would. As for the ANSP, they are totally reckless, brutal and incompetent. There are so many SJW talking for the "victims" but they are unable to find anything in these two episodes to back their claim.

I also like the character. The scene on the dam is something that happened earlier. It is possible she is a North Korean who defected to South Korea.

Having been hurt and a witness grants no right to judge but just one to testimony... The only judge is the one presiding the trial and the only ones to deliver a judgement are the ones chosen between the pairs. Know your facts.

This drama is not a documentary work presenting facts about South Korea history. It's a fiction. Most people in this drama never existed. It is like saying "Donald Duck 44th episode is a distorsion of the history of the USA". Errr.. Sorry. Donald duck is a fictional duck. So everything happening in his world is fictional. What is not understandable in this? Do you know the television series "The Man in the High Castle". Is not this a distorsion of history?

This drama is not an history book. It is not rewriting anything. Just tell yourself one good thing: People are smart. They know history is one way of seeing the past. And a drama is one way to tell a story based on some "historical facts". Keep cool. The "history" of South Korea is not going to change because of this drama...

I have understood nothing to the synopsis but OK, I like these two leads.
