If anyone is hesitating to watch this, don't. The show is really captivating. I'm sure we've all see gender bender…
If Nevertheless can have a "happy ending", this drama can have one too.
The biggest question is: what is she alive for? Why is she a Crown Prince and what purpose does she serve? To exist just because her mother asked her to be the Prince does not really make sense. Her mother told her she was special and the chosen one but chosen for what? She was never supposed to live as a princess, as Crown Pince or as a King. When she is done serving her purpose, she will leave to live happily ever after.
Ranking number 2 in my current list of airing kdrama. It's good stuff.
I like the two leads and their opposite personalities. I really want to see how they are going to develop their skills and persona and become closer to each other. I also trust the second leads not to be so bad in reality.
My most anticipated drama every week is One the woman although it is not very popular on MDL. I love the personality of the FL and it is the first time I see the ML in a relaxed fun role. Also the whole doppelganger thing is keeping me hooked even if lately I think the bad guys are being too reckless.
This period if the year is good for kdrama lovers. Plenty of good drama airing or soon to be airing.
I am asking myself if the man does not have personality disorder because he looks like two different animals.…
The new wife will probably support her son to become Crown Prince in the stead of Lee Hwi. It is inevitable and expected as Lee Hwi is not a man and she will not be able to keep the cross dressing forever.
I wish a strong writing as well with a consistent and intelligent fast paced story and good character developement. That's all that matters.

But he can say in good faith that he thought it was his twin sister and he was ordered by the State minister to do it for the sake of the nation. He could not know it was the young Crown Prince disguised as his sister the maid.
Anyway it is 10 years later now. Jung Ji Woon went to study in the Ming Empire and has not been with his father all this time. Maybe you are right they are estranged. Probably his father has stopped killing people and he has reached an higher position. Now it will be about Lee Hwi finding a way to make him accountable for the killing of her brother and maid friend and all the people he killed for free and how Ji Woon will react.
How dare he...pretends to be this nice to his own children when he murdered someone elses. Can't wait when he…
I am asking myself if the man does not have personality disorder because he looks like two different animals. One is a good father and attentive to his son's education and manners. Another is a psycho killer dressed in black to assassinate young maids in the middle of the day.
I suspect he will use the "I just did my job" card and he will find some redemption for himself.
He is cheating on her everyday...Never supported his wife...The only thing he and his family want is her money...Please…
Yes it is what I am saying. Why he would change his "habit" because of a business agreement If she cared, she would have told him to stop seeing other women. But she just did not care. For the few moments we saw her, she seemed a very scheming person with her own objectives. I don't mean she is a bad apple. But she is clearly not so innocent. As for him, he is a pushover in his family and not very smart. Hopefully all this will fill his brain with some courage and wisdom.
Do you mean he wanted to protect her from the greed of his own family? But marrying her would not have allowed them to take over the Art gallery. The shares and management decision would still have remained in Da Li's family.
In fact what is happening is the exact contrary. The Art gallery is unprotected and weakened by a conspiracy which wants to ruin its business and take over the land. If he really wanted to protect her, he should have married her and become a main shareholder by increase of capital. This way, with his Group backing the Gallery, no one would dare mess with it like they are doing now.
why can't Kwon Yool get a decent character for once? but Kim Minjae is killing it as the street-smart albeit a…
He had a very decent role in My Unfamiliar Family. It was only for a small (but important) role and a few episodes but his character was charming, mature and even fun.

Their marriage is a business arrangement so why he would not go find some affection elsewhere? Plus he found her creepy because she would not confront him about his cheating but she would stay quiet and cold. This is why he likes the new her who can tear him to shreds with a few words.
I guess u haven’t watched all aired episodes yet. But ya he actually met the prosecutor and fell in love with…
It is not only about what people do but also about what people intentionnally do not do. Not telling the truth is also lie. Knowingly manipulating the situation for their own profit is not fair and sometime, an offence.
I agree that the Kang Mi Na case is difficult to assess at this stage. She has some positives but also some negatives. She fought to solve her sad situation as a teen. After she was married she investigated her sister in Law's bad deeds at the musuem. She also looked into the arson case... But she also lied to Sang Wook about her identity. I suspect when she was in the USA and asked to meet him to explain something, she was ready to tell the truth but he did not go meet her. The more worrying part is if we assume she knew about Yeon Joo and used her to be killed in her stead so she can sail abroad, that is really a bad thing to do.
Hope she will show up soon so we can know what she is really made of.
Definitely a strong start to the show with the first 2 episodes.
The two first episodes were good at setting a dramatic backstory which explains the personality of the Crown Prince and the way he behaves as an adult. But 10 years later, plenty of things changed and the new developments must be consistent, interesting by brining new challenges and take account of the past. I have seen some drama with great backstories for the main leads but after they become adults, the plot is everywhere. Finger crossed this one will keep its qualities.
i wasn’t expecting much since i never was a big fan of korean historical dramas however i was very much pleased…
Ep1 and 2 were about the childhood and how the switch dramatically happened. The real political game starts next week with the introduction of new characters. So even if the two first eps were good, I believe the the biggest challenge is still to come. I don't mind the romance. I am eager to see how she will open to someone (who is the son of her enemy) and deal with her male identity at the same time. Also I hope the political struggle will be consistent and credible with strong opponents and good actions. It would be sad if it is all about palace plots.
I watched the second eps, its still fun but i think the editing isnt as smooth as the first eps:( they cut from…
It is particulary true in the end of ep2 after the death of the Crown Princess. Everything happen so fast it is like a patchwork of situations aimed at taking us to their new encounter the fastest way possible. Hope it will be better in the next eps.
I think since the main story is about the adult main leads they did a decent pacing with showing the starting…
What I meant is that after the time jump, she is seen dressing up in her room then hunting, then targeted by an arrow then she is half undressed and then she meets our ML. It happens so fast and there are people who appear but we don't know who they are and why they do what they do. I guess next episode will be slower as people will get to meet each other again.
I’m so glad the FL knows who killed her brother and friend. I feel bad for the FL her brother, friend, and mother…
ML's father is a terrible human being. He did not have to kill the young maid. She knew nothing. All he needed to do is to pretend he never met her. Poor ML. He will have to deal with his father's crimes sooner or later.
Ep2 was very good. Especially the part with the kids. So emotional. The last part with them as adult is ok but I think they should slow down the pace so we can have the time to discover the new characters. Waiting for next week episodes now.
