Isn't this her engagement ring with her fiancé who got killed in China? Because when they were kissing in the car and Ji Hyuk saw them, she was wearing that ring and she kept it even since. Also when Ji Hyuk reviewed the pictures of his two partners dead, he saw the corpse of the fiancé with an engagement ring.
In her secret room she has an altar with his picture and medal and a cross to pray and talk to him. Isn't he dead? I doubt he feigned his death to become an internaitonal gangter.
This at 8.2 and hometown-nothing happens-cha cha cha at 8.9 lmao this site man
Two different genre. Hometown is a good family, feel good drama with lots of qualities . The veil is a special action drama with very violent scenes. Not everyone will like it.
The epilogue is what wraps the episode nicely and makes the wait for next ep bearable for me.
I know. Hard to resist the previews. I tell myself it brings nothing satisfying so it is better to avoid them. This drama makes it is easier to avoid the preview because it is a nice treat everytime. You end up with a nice note and next time it will be nice too. Watching the preview just create a disruption of the pleasure of watching it. At least it is my approach on this drama but I guess everyone enjoy it his own way.
Would be perfect if they didn't do the whole "meet once when we were kids but I feel so deeply in love with you…
I would not mind the trope if it was something more meaningful than him waving at her as kid... But who knows. Maybe there are things still to be unveiled regarding their childhood?
Dunno what to think of this. JCW's works have been disappointing me lately and I was not convinced by the female actress in her two last dramas as FL... Also the synopsis... is about weirdo people?
how can so many characters have such boring personalities? /sad panda/
The drama is centered on the main couple. The other characters are only here to support them or challenge them. None have a specific arc of narration with character development.
Who is the mean mother in law being referred to in the hashtag? ML's mother or FL's mother? still on ep 3 right…
FL's mother in law. She is not annoying throughout the whole show. It is just that she has her own preferences and plans and she thinks it is how she should behave towards the FL. It is frustrating especially one scene where she is awful with FL.
... that does not really sound like a compliment for an actor. You are basically saying he is not composing a character. He is just himself?
It is a happy ending yes.
