A peculiar but fun kdrama about office romances and office relationships.

1/STORY:
There is no real story here. It is rather the chronicles or the daily life of Gaus Electronics' Marketing team 3 with each member of the team being a weirdo like the ones that you can meet in an company or who are already in your own department: the overbearing perfectionist harsh female superior, the geek manager, the aged team leader, the colleague who belongs to a very rich family, the cold female coworker, the junior who tries to do his best but can't achieve anything and so on... And all these people try to make the team successful.

2/ WHAT I LIKED:
- The humour: mostly burlesque, physical, silly, goofy but rarely mean to people as persons and humans.
- The different type of love relationhips: weird ones, unexpected ones, unsuccessful ones…
- The SML: His family background, ambition, haircut, dedication, journey in the real world, lovelife... They could make a spin off with him.

3/ WHAT WAS LESS OK FOR ME:
- The story. The drama is not very memorable because of the lack of development of the characters apart from Aziz. I think they should have added a time jump for the lead couples. To explain that despite all the silliness, they still ended happy together.
- Some jokes were a bit complicated to understand for me. My bad for not knowing korean language but I did wish it was less “specific” at times.

4/ OST: It was fun

5/ REWATCHABLE VALUE: A lot of fun scenes but I would not rewatch. It is like comedy sketches that you enjoy in the moment then that’s it.

6/ OVERALL: A quite peculiar but very funny drama with its humour made of burlesque, physical and bodily humour, satire about office situations, parody of some dramas… Each episode brings its good laugh but also gently expose the human condition at work and the different relationships and attitudes between colleagues. It is not really memorable as the characters are not too developed but I do recommend it as each episode really made me smile and laugh. 9/10.

Huge let down in the final episodes and a terrible rushed ending.

1 / GOOD:
- The lead couple's looks : Let's say it, they look beautiful together. Their beauty and handsomeness really compliment each other. It is a pleasure for the eyes.
- The lead couple's chemistry: The first episode they hardly found a way to communicate but when one of them starts to change his opinion, there is a very fun chemistry between them until the last eps where things turn sour and their new lack of communication is barely understandable.
- Loved the acting of the main couple.

2 / NOT SO GOOD:
- The story is quite bland. There not a huge scheme or a battle to fight. Just some annoying people to put roadblocks.
- SML and SFL are super annoying and their story is very forced. Nothing believable.
- Supporting characters are not interesting. No sub story with any of them but one third couple which was a comic relief more than a real sub story.

3 / TERRIBLE:
- Latest episodes have outrageous schemes just to piss the FL off and make the ML and SML look stupid with complete change of behavior. The ending is totally rushed with ML's back story almost laughable. And last but not the least, the ending where the evil character who lied and mistreated ML for years and FL just gets away with it in the name of "family", That old hag did bad things and made people suffer for decades and she receive an award. Lame.

OVERALL: I started this because of the two main leads. The beginning was a bit messy but they were so cute and the dynamic between them was fun. But towards the end, it becomes awful to the point I started to hate the ML and could not understand the SML.

6.5/10. Ultimately disappointed and I regret I spent so many hours watching this. I clearly do no recommend this despite the fact that I loved the two leads and their cute scenes.

Great start but lost its momentum and ended flat.

1/ STORY:
A young rogue not so upright prosecutor is taken for a young heiress and ends living her life while trying to sort out her real identity and the secrets of her new family. The synopsis is a chance for a lot of fun and an interesting story. The fun was there but the story was rather tasteless after the mysteries are set up and things are explained one after the other. Because of the way the events are presented. Too much chit chatting and telling to each other the facts from the past just defuse the suspense. Also towards the end, all these flash backs 14 years agos or a few hours ago did not help. Same with all these USB flash drive arriving as if by chance... The romance was so so. It is credible enough for people their age and status but it is nothing great. Less sparkling than the story of their younger counterparts which is not even a romance.

2/ CHARACTERS:
- The drama is based on the FL and everything depended on the quality of her character. She was fun and endearing with a weird crazy but funny personality. But sometime it was kind of always the same thing and it made her look a bit "not realistic".
- ML is fun in the beginning but he soon becomes a bland sidekick. I kind of found him boring.
- Other key character: the main villain. Very smart and scheming in the beginning, the character turns reckless and grotesque always taunting people by running its mouth but doing mistakes after mistakes. The way the character is taken down is too easy and predictable.
- Some characters do not have a proper development: coward husband, younger sister, kid of the daughter in law.
- Other characters have an unexpected and convoluted development for me: the young prosecutor, Bad uncle CEO of Hanju, Ms Kim, Main villain's sidekick, real Kang Mi Na.

3/ OST: Good enough

4/ REWATCH VALUE:
Some fun scenes of the early episodes are good for rewatch but the way the story unfold after the set up of the plot spoiled the quality to the point it is not rewatchable for me.

5/OVERAL: 8/10. Not a bad drama but not a memorable one either. The romance is lacklustre and the main plot is bland because of wrong development of the characters. Not enough snappy writting for the story to be really entertaining.

Short drama but enjoyable jdrama

WHAT I LIKED:
- The two leads: I liked Miura Manatsu who has the look of an Alpha male but he is also a kind and caring person. Haruta Ami is a girl desperate and insecure but she gets lucky and makes the best of the situation.
- The chemistry between the two leads: There is a great game of seduction between them. Made of funny situations, nice dialogues, little misunderstandings, cunning plans, sexy situations... It showed a real alchemy between them.
- The setting of their situation and the reasons they have to be together are usual tropes of drama. But the development of their situation is different from what I have seen so far. There is no "I don't like you but I am going to fall for you because we live under the same roof".
- Skin ship and intimate scenes: A lot of them. These two obviously have a good harmony on this aspect. They really found each other well.
- The Fast paced and episodes are short.
- The Cute small twist in the end.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE:
- Nothing that I really disliked and worth mentioning.

OST:
- It was ok.

REWATCH:
- It is a short drama and the fast pace, nice plotline, cute fluffy atmosphere and some kinky moments make it enjoyable and a good drama to rewatch.

OVERALL: 9.0 /10. A good and short drama to enjoy if your watch list is empty or you are stuck between two dramas.

A good Lakorn thanks to it's two leads.

WHAT I LIKED:

- The story has two arcs of narration:

First, The chronicle of Arthit and Paeng and the variations of their relationship. There is a lot of highs and lows with many bickering, cute moments, funny moments, crazy moments too. Overall the trajectory is credible and if they looked stiff together for a long time, the end is nice and they become a natural couple.

Second arc is the search of the truth about what happened to Paeng's parents. It is well made thanks to a great despicable insane villain.

- The Male Lead: Arthit is a good guy with a good heart and caring for people but when he wants to play jerk, he is the biggest jerk of them all. He can really take care of Paeng or put her into the most miserable situation. And he doesn't stop because she would beg him... I liked his personality despite him being too harsh to Paeng. Also he stays respectful of his mother even if she is over the top sometimes. Mark is impeccable in the drama. His great acting skills and the little details of his expressions do everything.

- Paeng: I really had issues with her at the beginning. She is a real brat. But she manages to become a smart and patient young woman. I liked the fact that she found herself the solution to her own problem. I liked Kao's portrayal of a tomboyish but also cute and determined Paeng.

- Arthit dad: a good dad for Arthit, A good uncle for Paeng, a good husband for his wife. A great boss of his own household. I liked his patience, composure and his efforts to find a solution acceptable for everyone. He also had his flaws like everyone.

- Mark not Prin: Very charming but also a complete psycho. I really disliked him but he looked impressive as a bad guy getting into their way for a reason... lol The guy is also a perverted sicko.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE:

- Lots of characters are sacrificed: The story of the second couple is reduced to the bare bones . Some ideas are just left as loose ends. Kot is a simple comic relief, Nang is just annoying, They do not have a real story for themselves.
- Arthit Mom: Although I can understand her as a mother trying to protect her son, she sometimes does too much when playing roadblock. Lucky she has an understanding husband.

MUSIC: Good OST.

REWATCH VALUE: I enjoyed it but it is not memorable enough for me to rewatch.

OVERALL: A good Lakorn focused on the two main leads but it is fun, cute, with some angst and action. It is enjoyable. The two lead actors basically carry the drama on their shoulders as there is little time for other characters' development. 8/10.

Some very good things. Some not so good things. Overall it is enjoyable for the leads

WHAT I LIKED:

- The chemistry between the two main leads Jiang Jun and Yuan Shuai. The pairing was physically very good-looking together (Bai Lu's facial features totally matches Leo Luo's small face). Their interactions were savory all along the drama.

- The love story : a nice little story born from a misunderstanding from his part which causes her to suffer and them to go separate ways. The reunion in a professional context helps them to get closer, rediscover their relationship and find their true feelings. Very simple, cute, heartwarming and very funny at times also. Their love is not really challenged. It's nice romantic cute moments almost all the way.

- Looking for the truth: The story about the death of Jiang Jun's dad caused by MH was interesting too. It did not take a huge part. Just enough to entertain between our two lovers' cuddling time. It was consistent enough with no huge farfetched element. It was revealed slowly and resolved in a nice fast way: tense when the villains were here and very funny when the good guys took action against them.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE:

- Secondary couple is pretty useless as their romance has no sparkle and the two characters have no background. Hard to have sympathy for them. Sadly it takes a huge part of the drama.

- The last part : After JJ father's name is cleared, there is a time jump of 2 years. Good idea to reshuffle things and put the characters into new perspectives and challenges. The issue is that some parts are good and some are not . The good part: our main couple always. These two are now business rivals, a couple of three years bickering about work and how their couple evolves now. The not so good part: what happens to the others: Du lei, the secondary couple, Qiao Na...

More details hereafter (/HUGE SPOILER)

o - Du Lei evolution is a little bit surprising after he sided with the main couple to fight the evil ones. But he does not keep going on that direction. Instead he does crappy schemes to succeed and pry on Jiang Jung as he is obsessed by her. He goes on tilt and does illegal and unacceptable things as he can't accept defeat. He is spared in an illegal way: JJ and YS cover for him in exchange of him stopping his bad deeds. So illegal and wrong.

o - Secondary couple keeps being boring in the last part while trying to have a baby and doubting each other.

o - Qiao Nao becomes a little girl with a romantic heart which flutters when a 17yo kid in track suit comes to sing a song for her in her office. What a joke. Writers had nothing better in stock for her? /

ACTORS/CHARACTERS:

- Bai Lu is a fav. She was very convincing as a strong modern woman chasing her dreams and following her heart to find her love.
- Leo Luo had a very strong performance compared to his previous works I watched. He should do more of these roles as he is charming and has a good sense of comedy.
- Du Lei: Good performance from the actor. A complete freak in the clothes of a friend / ally
- Riley Wang: watched/tried his three last dramas. Never rated him. This drama will not help his case for me. But also his character was pretty badly written. Same for Xu Li.
- Qiao Na: loved her in Sword Dynasty. Here her character is challenging then supportive and then completely messed up.
- Linda : despicable but at least she ends in jail and redeems herself.
- Others fun characters: Su Chang, JJ's mom.

MUSIC:
Some songs were very nice to listen. Overall I thought the OST was well adapted to the drama.

REWATCH VALUE:
Weirdly I would not rewatch it. Because it is mainly about these two lovebirds in love and cute. I can watch it and be happy with them and be afraid for them when challenges come their way. But when you already know these challenges and how they are resolved, it is only about watching them being so in love that it will make me feel jealous.
There are some funny scenes anyway (DL and YS rivalry in the Aquarium, YS, how and after he got laid, The meeting with JJ's mother...) I would gladly rewatch these for the fun.

OVERALL: An enjoyable drama mainly for its main couple which account for 80% of the good things here.

A drama to watch when the watch list is empty and it is enjoyable

WHAT I LIKED:
- The main couple: I thought the two of them were both goodlooking and cute together. It was nice that there was no rival and they both quickly fell for each other. No angst because of misunderstanding and they basically spend the drama discovering each other's story, sharing cute and romantic moments and supporting and helping and saving each other.
- The story: I thought the story was clear and well developped between the different investigations. Some investigations were linked to the main plot some were not but overall the pace and writing was good enough to make sub plots and plot interesting without being gripping. You don't end each episode with a cliffhanger and dying to see what is going to happen but most episodes were enjoyable.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE:
- The secondary couple: They were both cute and nice persons and helpful but I felt that they had no other meaning but to be sidekicks. The SML was a bit simple minded and he lacked depth until the last eps were his character took a bigger dimension. The SFL had absolutely no character development and her background was very unclear so beside her poisons she looked very bland. Their love story really suffered from the comparison with the main couple's one.
- The villain: He was a little bit too wordy and did not get his hand dirty while his lackeys were eliminated one after another so he looked not so mighty but rather annoying.
- The drama lacked of punch as most of the time the leads did not look really endangered or challenged.

OVERALL:
It is a drama which does what it has to do: entertain with a consistent story and some sub stories to develop and support the characters. There is a good dose of romance and cute moments too. An OK drama to watch when you are bored. A very decent cdrama with a nice ending I appreciated after watching the Heiress.

Missed the essential : The romance part

WHAT I LIKED:
- The chemistry between the two leads; Granted Angelababy is not a great actress but in this drama, she had a really good chemistry with Deng Lun. I found they were physically very compatible i.e. they looked very cute together, I thought their interactions were very natual and sincere. It created a genuine relationship of love feelings hidden behind a solid friendship and professional camaraderie.

- Shao Peng Cheng: I liked Deng Lun in this role. The character starts a useless brat punished by his father to go work as a simple employee and he meets someone he falls in love with but he must restrain himself and keep his feelings hidden and at the same time, develop himself and change into a good coworker, a good son and a great professional in his fieldwork. I thought his sincerity towards everyone even his rival in love was touching and he was also fun and honest despite his misery. I was so sorry for him and his dramatic one sided love.

- The secondary romances: To compensate the lack of romance between the leads, the drama developped love stories between secondary leads. I thought these were well presented and the characters were endearing. It helped me keep following the drama.

- The adventures they lived: As fellow coworkers, they live together a series of adventures that are sometime funny, sometime emotional, sometime scary... it was like watching a fun serie.

WHAT I DID NOT LIKE;
- The main issue in this drama is that the writer spent too much time on the love that Cheng Zhen Zhen has for the architect. It is clear from the beginning that it is a love born from admiration. Zhen Zhen and Peng Cheg had a great first encounter but she became a couple with the architect. Almost for the whole drama, it is about when she will come to her senses and see that they are not made for each other. The drama spins this for so long with the biggest clichés like the mother who absolutely wants Zhen Zhen as her daughter in Law or Peng Cheng who knows so much about her when the architect can't understand her at all. The situation becomes frustrating and annoying to the point it is prejudiciable to the drama. Until ep 44 there is no romance between Peng Cheng and Zhen Zhen and then everything accelerate and rushed within 4 episodes. What a waste.

MUSIC: The song "I know You know" from Aarif Rahman is one of my favourite Drama OST from last year.

REWATCH VALUE: To rewatch the drama is to go throught the frustration again. I would not inflict this to myself. But I have to say I watched again the cute scenes of the last eps between Zhen Zhen and Peng Cheng on the bridge or the bed scene which was so cute and funny.

OVERALL; The drama had a great cast with good and handsome actors and a cute actress who was pretty decent here. Anyway, it failed to be really good and entertaining because of too many frustrations as they spinned the wrong relationship and the slow burn friendship turning into love for way too long. I physically felt pain for poor Peng Cheng until he wins the race, fetches the cup and kisses the girl. Because of this I would not recommend to watch this drama unless you are a Deng Lun fan like me.

A delightful show

STORY:
- In the main plot, two idiot friends try to take revenge on a girl who dumped one of them on the wedding day and it leads into a total unexpected situation for a lot of characters. The main story takes some unexpected turns until the end and it is very fun. But the most interesting here are the charaters because around this main story they evolve and we finally are able to really understand them as persons and how they accepts reality, and how they take decisions for their life.

CHARACTERS/CAST:
- I loved the main FL lead. Many people said she was annoying and childish. But I found she was a cute imperfect person often victim of this name she shares with a "perfect person". Her character evolves but she does not become perfect. She learns to accept herself, find solution to the confusion, find a man who undestand her and really loves her... So many scenes I love with her: when she leaves her house to "marry", when she jumps into his arms in the street, when they kiss on the sofa... She was very human and fun to watch when interracting with her parents.
- Do Kyung was also a great character. I liked his job like I liked of they explained it in this drama. Very interesting and useful to the story at the same time. I liked how his life filled by his job is changed by our main girl. He looked lost, sick, vengeful, waiting for someone to save him. I liked when he talked to his best friend that he needed to man up regarding Hae Young and take responsibility.
- I liked the second Ho Hae young too. As the story evolves we understand her better and what she did. She was reallly not perfect like she looked.
- Isadora and Jin Sang were great. Two very weird people who are drawn together. Their dialogue are among the funniest of the drama especially the ones in French.
- Tae Jin: the bf. At first I thought he was just some idiot muscle man in the end I even had sympathy for him as he was the target of many people unknowingly but he still was able to stand up and take proper decisions.
- I loved Oh Hae Young parents.
All these characters and their evolution and interconnections make the richness and cuteness of this drama.

MUSIC:
The music was cute but nothing really to remmeber.

REWATCH: Totally even if I have not rewatched for a while. Too many drama to discover. Anyway I have my favourites scenes I enjoy watching just to have a good laugh.

OVERALL: One of my fav korean drama. Highly reommended.

I thought this drama was some kind of traditional Wu Xia drama with intrigues in the palace. No this drama is a very special kind of drama in the setting of the plot, the characters, how the events and story develop. The drama is very intelligent and coherent with different layers of times and places which relate to each other in a logical and scientific way as in "science fiction". Many people speak of time travel but there is no time travel here. It is more complex than time travel. It is real science fiction with its themes and ideas describing a vision of humanity and it's future.

STORY:
The story is very interesting and is about a child saved by a man from a dangerous situation and he is raised in the "countryside" and then called to the Capital city to discover it's true identity and fulfill his destiny. Using this storyline, the drama presents numerous and interesting, colorful flamboyant characters. These are very well depicted in different and effective ways (they speak, they act, people talk about them, people act for or against them, they are mentioned...) and they have quickly a huge dimension and impact even for a few scenes or episodes only.

So our hero evolves in this ruthless word of struggle for powers while he is just trying to find his origin. But he is up to par and even better. He is smart, handsome, funny, charming, cunning, cheeky to find his way out of traps and attacks against him. Like in a folktale, he falls in love at first sight with a beautiful damzel but he must go though different quests given to him as challenges but has one sometimes two great sidekick with him to help him. He visits different places. He meets people. Great, funny, helpful people with their unique colorful identity and impact in his life. Dark, mysterious, cunning adversaries who are in a fight for power using schemes but not in a way which leads the viewers but it in a way which entertains the viewers. Fan Xian fights them with smart words, swords, schemes, humor, playfulness and his beliefs in life. In the end he comes back almost home with a better knowledge about his origins. The story is a great mix of adventures, political schemes, palace plots, humour, friendship, romance, action.

CAST/CHARACTERS:
It was my first drama with Zhang Ruo Yun. He was perfect for the role. He was Fan Xian with his natural charm and his innocent but cunning boy looking face. I was impressed by the senior actors. Chen Dao Ming, Wu gang, Gao Shu Gang. Sometime lenient fatherly figures. Sometimes cunning opponent and challenging adversity for Fan Xian. The rest of the cast were great even in minor role they did the most to be sympathetic or hateful or both. Specially: Song Yi as a daring supporting sister RuoRuo, Xin Zhi Lei as DuoDuo in between best female friend and lover, Tian Yu as Wang Qinian the multi tool accomplice, Thomas Tong perfectly stiff as hilarious Uncle Wu Zhu, Frida Li as Si Lili a cold spy who falls in love, Wayne Wang as Teng Zi Jing. I also liked Second Prince, guard Yan Xiao Yi, Xiao En, Emperor of Qi, Eunuch Hong, Young Fan Xian and the actors playing them. Overall the cast was just great.

MUSIC:
The original song at the beginning gives a mysterious tone and vibe well adapted to the story and characters in the drama. It quickly became the annunciation of 45 minutes of a good show so I liked it. I thought the music in the drama was fine and well orchestrated between funny scenes, action and scheming scenes.

REWATCH VALUE:
I won't rewatch it entirely but there some great scenes here. All the ones with Fan Xian as kid. The ones with Uncle Wu Zhu. The ones with Guard Yan XiaoYi when he fights Wu Zhu or Fan Xian. Eunuch Hong scenes are great. Very emotional scenes with Teng Zi Jing family.

OVERALL: To tell such a story in this layered world is something unique. This is one of my favorite Chinese drama started in 2019. MUST WATCH. The only bad thing about this drama is now I have to wait to see the next season.

Unbalanced, too much of good feelings but still ok...

1/ What I LIKED :
- Childhood version of the leads and the backstory. So good.
- Who is Ki Ho?
- The guy who saved a family by creating a new one. Where this family started from and how they loved and cared for each other...
- FL positiveness and the funny lessons she learnt.
- The mystery regarding the original father, his bad deeds and his demise....
- The two brothers and how they dealt with each other. Especiallly SML and how he took something hard like a brother and like a man.

2/ What I DID NOT LIKE:
- SFL singer... honestly I never liked her character... I liked her mom... but not her.
- FL focusing too much on being with her fav singer to help her in any case...
- Yoo Ran Joo and president Lee.. they dated or not? or they just banged?

3/ OST:
Some very good songs and good moments of music.

4/ REWATCH VALUE:
Honestly? No. No epic moments.

5/OVERALL:
Decent and entertaining but a bit draggy and the ending was too much of unicorns and rainbows. A short and decent drama to binge watch but week in week out I felt it was draggy at times. 8/10.

Decent but could have been better

1/ STORY:
GOOD: The personal story of the two leads. How they meet, keep in touch, start to stick together and how they are dealing with the situation and with a bunch or moronic neighbors.
NOT SO GOOD: The pandemia story has plot holes and inconsistencies. The "crazy people" are very fun to watch but it is the best thing about it. The way they handle le plotline is a bit, far fetched, illogical and in the end, they throw a master evil guy in and resolve the situation in a snap of fingers with the bad guys becoming more and more ridiculous.

2/ CHARACTERS:
- I loved the main couple. ML is not handsome but chubby cute. He has a nice and lovely personality. He is courageous, sticks at the law and worries about FL. FL is pretty, savage at times, smart, but reckless also. I like the duo. Very complementary. I did not understand their reluctancy to be a couple when they are so caring for each other. I felt like she had a mental block and she was too tomboyish to have time for feelings. Pretty sure it was a torture for the ML to be so close to her and so far at the same time.

- Bad guy is not so bad. His intentions and purpose are good but his methods are very questionable and he acknowledges it himself. He is a very complex character likeable and despicable at the same time. In the end he was better but still he should have been court martialed.

- ML best friend is completely useless most of the time apart from one moment which is not a moment of glory for him.
- Little sick kid was cute but kind of a prop in the story.
- Real bad guy doctor Oh was annoying like heck. They should have killed him. Such a bastardo. He survives and will probably get away with most of his bad deeds.
- Lawyer, his wife and his mistress. Funny triangle. Especially the mistress. Such a gold digger, Loved the funny scenes when these two are caught doing their business. Proper ending for them three.
- Loved Lieutenant Lee Si Soo. Cute, dutiful. understanding. And even fun in the end.

3/ OST:
Quite good for a "crazy people" drama. The tense moments were well illustrated by the music.

4/ REWATCH VALUE:
No really rewacthable for me

5/ OVERALL
The drama has three parts. First part when we get to know the characters is well made and interesting. Second part when the people start to go against the rules and against each other is quite draggy. Then last part is rushed but fun. I really struggled to go beyond part two but I wanted to see what happens of the ML and the little girl so I binged watched to the end. Overall it is still a fun watch despide the less fun middle part. 7.5/10 + 0.5 for the fun "zombie" moments.

Disappointing story badly told

1/ WHAT I LIKED:

- The romance between ML/FL: I liked that the FL was known immediately as a woman by the ML and they quickly developped feelings for each other with the necessity to hide them while being together all the time. It was quite mushy and even corny at times but I enjoyed seeing these two together. There was no romantic moments together before the end but the feelings were there.
- The Love triangle: I liked that it was not tragic or angsty or annoying because the way FL/SML/ML evolved personally in connection with each other was subtly done. Things were pretty clear and honest every time.
- FL and CP's bodyguard relationship was really interesting and fun.
- Some good moments of comedy.

2/ WHAT I DID NOT LIKE:

- The storytelling : This drama greatly suffered from what we see in most draggy drama with 50 episodes: telling the action and events instead of seeing the action and events. One character telling another one what happened that the viewers already know and then it is then told to a third character... It is a waste of time and drags the story for nothing.

Also using a character telling what another characters did and then the consequences and then what he did after... in short all the action, this makes the drama hard to follow especially when there are too many characters and too many things to recall. People cannot keep track of everything. The story becomes messy and hardly understandable if you do not stop at every sentence to understand what is said and almost learnt it by heart or else it is hard to connect things.

- Some things comes out of the blue like deus ex machina to save the day. Like suddenly one character remembers something never suggested before.

- The story is disappointing in the end. All this for that? The bad guy just ends things on a whim and the other bad guy is just grotesque till the end.

3/ CHARACTERS/ CAST:
- CP: interesting guy with good values and sense of justice. Keeps doing good despite the hurdles he meets. Park Hyng Sik did a good job for me. He was an endearing CP despite being not to bright regarding the matters of the heart.
- FL as an eunuch was petite and not very cute. As a noble daughter she was pretty. I liked her strong personality and her interplay with the other main leads. The actress did a decent job.
- SML: felt sorry for him being put in the dark most of the time but the character was noble and loyal.
- TML and TFL : managed to be fun and useful especially towards the end for TML. Their "romance"
was weird though.
- Main Bad guy: Pretty well hidden in the beginning but motives of the character becomes questionable and almost nonsensical and in the end... whoah...What a way to doom yourself.
- Second Bad guy: annoying and grotesque as expected from this actor. His ending was unusually crazy though.
- Bodyguard: Good guy despite some tense moments.
- Loved the princess Ha Yeon

4/ OST:
Nothing to remember.

5/ REWATCH VALUE:
I won't rewatch it.

6/ OVERALL:
I am not sure about this drama in the end. I had huge expectations when I started it but I have to say it soon became draggy and the way the story was told annoyed me to the point I put it on hold and then binge-watched the 7 last eps. Honestly I liked the characters and the actors but I did not enjoyed how things were told. I think its a weird story told in a convoluted messy way. So I would give it a 7.5/10 and I would say watch it if you like the lead actors.

Endearing lead characters with their cute story but the rest is flat.

1/ STORY:
Young, pretty and multi-talented young woman offers service of contract marriage to men in need of having a wife for a certain period of time renewable. After 13years of activity, she decides to quit but she is soon embroiled in two situations that she has to manage until things "get better".

The first part of the story was interesting as we get to know her background story and how she ended in that line of job. Her past and the remnants of her past made her character endearing and lovable. The ML also has a touching story even if we just learn enough to explain his lack of social skills. SML is annoying. These three try to sort their true feelings and finally make their choice. Then the story doesn't seem to know where to go anymore. It creates new confusions and challenges from a very old situation just to show that these people care for each other. In the end a deus ex machina stunt arrives from the past and saves the day.

2/ CHARACTERS - ACTORS:
- FL : Choi Sang Eun was endearing considering her past since childhood and she still managed to make a living using her talents. She dealt with the sad part of her upbringing by bottling things. Loved that she and the ML gradually opened to each other. PMY was ok in this drama. Better than her previous ones that I dropped. Still sometimes she had to carry the scene and she kind of overdid it. Still like her tho.
- ML: Jung Ji Ho: His lacking and flaws were properly explained and he did improve and developed into a brighter more open guy. First time seeing GKP as lead actor. He did the part.
- SML: Kang Hae Jin : Deluded kid stuck with his infatuation that turned him into a weirdo talking on the phone to an even weirder interlocutor. He is very annoying but finally turns decent guy when he finally knows where his place is.
- SFL: Jung Ji Eun. Not the evil ex. She went from great evil spouse to clingy ex then good lawyer, understanding rival and finally helpful friend.
- The Roommate: Good friend but what a waste of talent and of a character. Very underused and underdeveloped.
- Mme Yoo: weirdly written character who did things very questionable.

3/ OST: Pretty good

4/ Rewatchable Value : Probably will never watch it again

5/ OVERALL: Starts well with weird but endearing characters who try to deal with their own sad past, to fight their own difficulties to give a new direction to their life and make it better. The main couple is especially endearing. Their relationship, how it starts, develops and how they find a way to become a couple is really cute funny at times and nice. They are the best part of this drama. In the end for them, all is not well (contract couple) that ends well (real couple). 7.5 /10.

A dull sequel

I put this on hold after ep6 and decided to binge watch to the end. Honestly it is disappointing. The story can be written on a paper of cigarette. "Mun's friends is in a sad predicament, and he does everything to save him". End of story. The rest is a lot of useless brutality, violence and fights that become tiring and even unsufferable. The fun is no fun. That new sniffing whining making faces character is not funny at all. The grinning bad guys are either ridiculous and useless or pointless with no real purpose. There is no sense of danger for the good guys as it is like they will always get out of the situation.

I would not recommend this as it tries a lot to impress and entertain with actions, CGI, cheap cornelian dilemma, cheap emotional moments apart from the Ha Na story... But in the end, it was not interesting and not entertaining for me. The actors do the most with the little base material but they can't save this. 6/10.
