I wonder if they will adapt Yanagida's story that takes place 7 years after the events in this story, "Hallway to the Abyss" (Shintan Kairō). That has 5 volumes! SLGS only has 2 volumes! LOL
Sounds like a Chinese Khal Drogo. They’ve made him ruthless but stupid. No character development and that he’s…
There are psychos IRL that are rejected multiple times by one person and they will be obsessed and go at all lengths to get them even if they have to force them. It's like they need that validation because their feelings/ego were hurt.
I just dropped it on ep 14. The ep was filled with fillers, I had to fast forward more than half of it. I'm sorry…
I swear between ML, SML, 3ML none of them have jobs LOL they can be at leisure. At this point Masui and other tribes can attack the North and Yunpei because men are thinking with their other head.
I know it's written this way and doesn't serve the purpose of this fantasy plot but You Jia seems like a weak antagonist. Like if she was smarter, she would have hired maids to spy and follow FL to get evidence and have her rival killed.
Last time she was running away in hell and then the demon upside down cross thing and poof they didn't show us more. I wonder if she will "leave" in another body like the demon Lee A Rong (girlie with a knife aka 2nd assistant) we met at the diner.
Episode 11 doesn't look like the end. There should be one more episode in this.
I wonder why it wasn't officially announced as 11 or 12. I remember seeing on the official site that 10 was the final. So yay! Because at 10 with that ending, I would have rioted! LOL
Does anyone know which manga, Mashima was reading? I could only make out "Mome" on the front but their fingers were covering part of the cover and "DokiDoki Moment" on the spine.
I personally think the baby's father is "nice guy"/ fboy Huang Decheng because rapist/captor raped her more than once yet she never got pregnant then she was sleeping with the fboy and then he's gone and she is pregnant.
Even though originally this movie has several endings due to censors, there's a Mainland China ending and an international…
International ending: 2 police officers and her father fail to rescue her because the villagers block the police car from leaving, they tell her to wait and they will come in three days. Her dad and her captor/rapist "husband" get into a fight and it looks like Bai XueMei grabs the cleaver chef's knife and more than likely kills her captor/rapist "husband" to save her dad then abruptly ends without showing the aftermath and fade to black to credits. Whether or not she keeps her son is open to interpretation as well as the consequences of either murdering the man or hurting him (it wouldn't fly with CN censors if she murdered and didn't do time in prison, I'm assuming that's why the censored version doesn't have the "killing".
Mainland China ending: The two public security officers successfully rescue Bai Xuemei without being blocked by the villagers. The other girls who were sold into marriage in the village are rescued, her friend Chen (the one with the baby) suddenly decides to stay for her child and gets out of the police car. Bai Xuemei's baby stays with the captor/rapist "husband and his mother. The ending concludes with a statement claiming that Chinese Public Security officers have been working to rescue the kidnapped women and text about the ongoing problem of human trafficking in modern-day China.
I'm unsure if the DVD and Chinese theatrical ending is the same or if they both have similar "happy" endings with the pat on the back of working to end human trafficking.
