Excited to see what this drama will be like! I prefer to watch PSH movies rather than her dramas but I’ll give this one a chance as it seems interesting.
I actually enjoyed this one. I have to admit it did annoy me when they released one episode a week and I got bored of watching it but then it picked up. I like how they paid for their ‘sins’ and I guess you could say justice was served. I’m just confused as to why they kept changing it from funny to serious all the time. This drama had a lot of potential but the storyline wasn’t the best. I am in love with the whole cast! They’re perfect. And the makeup, styling:)
One more thing lol I just don’t understand why he didn’t tell her and why didn’t the old gramps tell her either?? I don’t know about you but that’s a really selfish thing to do:( At least if she knew she could mentally prepare herself for his death beforehand. That situation made me quite furious. I thought it was 2013 again I haven’t seen a plot like that in a while But it’s kbs so I’m not surprised
To the people who are thinking about watching this then be prepared for what is about to unfold before your eyes. Whatever you expected don’t expect it because something else will happen. It’s not good, it’s not bad it was okay if I’m honest. but hey Jae Wook was cute^^ For the first 9 episodes it’s cute, fluffy, cliche then after it gets a lil murder mystery and creepy then back to candy floss then it’s sad at the end.
The drama was good up until the 15/16th episode where they decided to kill him off, make me cry for 30 mins and then make him show up like a ghost with no explanation as to why the mother said he died in the first place... like wtf??? It was supposed to be a light hearted fluffy, cliche drama. Did the writers get confused and decide to put 5 different cliche’s for the last 4 episodes? They ruined it tbh it was going so well. And poor Man Book pops didn’t even get to see Jun because he died. I don’t know how to feel rn..... too many emotions in the span of how long. So I know technically in western age he wasn’t a minor (he was 18) but it’s still ethically weird yk... since he was in highschool. they couldn’t have made him 20 or something?? That put me off at first but they didn’t do anything thankfully.
I actually enjoyed the drama up until the 11th episode or so. I feel like the drama ended without properly addressing all the issues that happened. They dragged it out too much. I still don’t think this is comparable to Eternal king that was super bad all the way through this just got bad at the end
