e one who answered first is exactly right. Lgbtq content pulls in most international viewers. While bls from Thailand have always been more popular. It was in 2020 at the time of covid that Thai series 2gether was released on netflix. That brought them massive Viewership. Also they have a lot of great straight content too. It's just sad that it's not as popular as bls. One of the problem is budget as well. I am no expert but I have seen some good straight thai dramas. Since you couldn't find them on the popular list. I haven't started this one yet but there was absolutely nothing wrong with junha's portrayal of bongsuk in moving. He was supposed to be a high school kid who had an overprotective mom. His mom literally didn't let him out of the house as a kid. He didn't have any friends. Of course he would be naive. Also don't use the strong word hate just like that. I truly think that chimon is a good actor but he just didn't look comfortable doing a bl and obviously the Fanservice. And I am pretty sure bl fans don't like that. The problem honestly lies with gmmtv and these so called fans. For gmmtv these actors are just money makers. They clearly know that it's bl that makes them a lot of money.
