well in the show version ML has the same name as the book character but the best friend has a different name. and in the movie version FL has the same name as the character in the book and best friend has different then the book.

THEORY: the scene where kang san is talking to Jiyu he says that after seeing that person struggle and always listening to them he realized he liked them. So it’s definitely jiyu or chanseong and he’s tryna pretend it’s Mina. bc with the context he gave it doesn’t make sense he would listen to Mina’s troubles and stuff soooo not him lying lmao
