Worth watching? I'm watching "The Maid" and loving it, need another good revenge drama.

It's okay so far, but the ML looks like his kid would be in high school not himself. I really hope there is a time skip soon, because seeing him playing a high school kid is not working. Dude looks like he's in his mid-thirties.

Well, it's pretty generic, and there is a love triangle. But I am still entertained. so far it's not bad.

Why is the rating so low? This drama is good. Especially for a mini drama.

Yes, the entire book is romance! They sleep together a lot, but it's not described explicitly just enough so you know what they did. The book is not erotica, if that's what you mean.

The book is drama-free. No core, no toxic stalker 2ML and 3ML, the Taoists and demons don't hate each other, no angst at all. They are happily married through most of the book. It's more of a slice of life romantic comedy. There are a few times they fight demons, but in the book the ML is so over-powered the fights are over in a paragraph.

I didn't see the preview, but in the book she drinks medicine that turns her into an eight-year-old with no memories of her adulthood. The poor husband has to take care of her, and she is a really mischievous kid.

But the book has no drama or breakup or crazy 2ML or 3ML and is just a cute comedy-romance about a free-spirited wife and a straight-laced husband. In the book the amnesia is done for comedic purposes to watch the uptight ML try to take care of an unruly child.

It is brief and only lasts like a chapter. Not sure how it will play out in the drama.

I started skipping through all of his scenes already.

I think either she needed to be in the middle of the array near him, or because it was during the day, and she’s human during the day.

The novel is totally different. There is no angst, even when they discover each other's identity. The novel is pretty much dram-free. It's a super cute and funny love story. No love triangles, crazy stalker 2Ml and 3Ml, or even really antagonists to speak of.

Loving the show, but they are giving the psycho 2ML way too much screen time these past few eps. I think he has more than the ML.

It got review bombed (the drama and all the episodes) the day after release by folks who hate the main actor.

I can't understand Chinese, so I don't know what they're saying, but to me in the Ep 29 trailer she looks possessed. It looked like they were fighting the thing together and then she suddenly turned on him.

He's much weaker in the drama. In the book they frequently say he is the strongest Taoist, even stronger than the master. They made him weak in the drama, probably to add dramatic tension to the fights.
