This will be the 1st Japanese drama I finish, I've attempted 3 others but didn't get past the 1st episode.
I started with Korean then Chinese (and random Taiwanese series) having difficulty getting into Japanese for some reason.

She was in love with ML had no interest in him unlike her sister.
He was a player that cheats, and had a thing for her.

I gave it a 7.5, unlike some I liked the FL.
I lowered it due to the show just ignoring the fact the ML'S friend raped FL's sister which had a major factor in her suicide, it's not even brought up, and he gets redeemed and is almost laughing about it with 2FL at the end as a misunderstanding.
I get 2FL she had psychological issues.

As man from the west, from her body language she didn't want it, and from what i'm aware of Asian culture subordinate and women are expected not to say no to superior.
So that was the reason for my low score .

7.8 for this is criminal it's a solid 8.5 for me.
Some comments complaining it's slow lol, I went into expecting that for the 1st episode or 2.

Thinking of trying this as its popped up on Netflix.
But I tend to avoid stuff with leads who have messy scandals in their personal lives, might try it but she is not the only one. Should just avoid reading about them lol.

She still might.. She had a big change considering what she was like.

I've already watched "Family by Choice" is this identical or is it different enough to make it entertaining?

I hoped that she would have refused Mr Jiang help, and did it all herself as it feels like swapping Hao Ming for someone else.

I'm still laughing at reading comments calling ML a monster, I'm like am I even watching the same show LOL, Both lied and due to her lie he basically treats the marriage as business arrangement and she receives a life of luxury which is what he believed she lied to obtain.

Them dressing up, and mannerisms was annoying, it did recover at the end with games.

He never made her suffer?
What happened up to the divorce request was her doing lol
He saw it as a business deal with a scammer, he had no way to know she genuinely loved him.
It's only after the divorce request and he sees her working hard not taking anything that he realises he misread her (which was her fault which she accepted herself ) an he starts to realise he actually has feelings for her.

Unless he does something terrible after episode 19, I understand his actions.

Episode 19 is a little cringe

It was an accident, her father ran out. Not sure about the rest

I haven't watched it but what i have pieced together is.
ML - Is BF at the beginning - father of her child but he doesn't know - his mother is very loosely partially responsible for FL Fathers death, due to her actions.
2ML- FL pretends to ML that 2ML is the father and marries him and leaves to the U.S, turns out he was the driver of the car that killed her father (he ran into road apparently due to ML's mothers actions that )

Wasn't the 2ML trying to get with when she was still with ML, and she never shuts him down encouraging him.

I was watching this as it aired, 12 episodes in I stopped and can't remember why that was nearly 2 years ago (Wow time really flies the older you get).
I was really enjoying it and then boom nothing lol

Vaguely remember that, although I might not trust my government or our news, I'm definitely not buying into Russian propaganda either lol.

You just need to be aware whatever country your in including the so called free west that the media IS controlled to various degrees.

As long as your honest about it at the START of the relationship.
None of this 1 year or more into a relationship to just say you want an open relationship.

Considering how the FL's treat the ML's in some of 8-9 rated drama's, I would agree with your assessment lol

Agreed, if everyone fully understands what she is after then fair enough.
But she isn't even human.
