I can't remember exactly, but I believe he challenges her over it in episode 11, so probably a few episodes before maybe 7 or 8, he does nothing at first.
Edit : - I haven't seen this and am making my comment based on a 15 minutes YT clip and other comments them regarding the show, So I am assuming the comments are correct about the Male being aware of the FL liking him is correct, if so he can't be blame if he was totally unaware but the so called friend definitely can take some blame as she was, as it is stated in the clip she had confided in her.
Although I have yet too watch the show, I literally just came from Youtube after watching the shoes scene.
And although I agree the FL went nuts etc, I actually can understand why she did it, if it was too much but I also put some of the blame for this on the male character and the other female.
When your like that in love(obsessed etc) you don't think clearly even though she had been rejected by him it isn't going to change how she feels.
Ok onto the other two. The guy knows full well FL's feelings and proceeds to pursue her friend, without telling her this? What an ar*ehole, and he's surprised how she reacts.
The 2fl later in the scene she say in my heart I know I didn't nothing wrong, but she did she was a so called friend and confidant of the FL who she had told about her felling for male character, and still accepts the gift and evens wears them to the office almost as a trophy. The FL to some extent actually was mocked by her whether that was what she intended or not.
I would definitely share the blame out as the the other two are both thoughtless people, and don't even accept that they did wrong, If I was the 2nd woman I would either not have accepted the shoes or definitely not worn them.
Might not get many agreeing with this but it makes logical sense to me why the FL character would act the way she did, and makes sense for that scene, she's in love one-sided it may be, and neither the guy she loves or her so called FRIEND even consider her in their actions, I wonder why she explodes on her,

Haven't got that far yet, started yesterday already 2 or 3 episodes into season 2. Not sure why I waited love everything I have seen SHK in so I was surprised I waited till now to watch this considering how much people praise it.

Agreed as a guy, I've always preferred long, straight, and dark hair. But my preferences don't matter, if she(the woman/women in general ) likes it that way it's their choice.
Anyway, I just started to watch my 1st VS drama "Almost Lover" which I'm really enjoying so far, 2ndML is annoying though. So I thought I'd check her other shows, and unless I missed 1 no-comedy show WTF lol.

Other than ML's acting skills I pay very little attention to them, but I am not going to rip into them for acting opposite my favourite FL.
Unfortunately, these sites tend to be used more by women, and the ones who are more vocal tend to be the type mentioned above.
How shocked would they be if they stopped getting roles, because actresses refused to act alongside them due to abusive fans.
