Not being social and being "boring" is not the problem. I love dramas like When the Weather is Fine and the main lead is boring as boring can be and I love him. Is more about how you show the character personality than the personality itself. But again, it all boils down to opinion. I never said Ki Ho is a bad character, I just find him boring and uncharismatic in a way that doesn't make me root for him as a romantic option at all

I'm not taking his credibility away, it's just that I usually like the main lead and root for him but I liked Ki Ho better as a kid. Maybe it's a problem with the adult actor idk, I just don't care if they end up together or not, I'm here for Mok Ha's journey into becoming a singer since the romance didn't do it for me

I'm not even biased, I don't care about Wo Hak that much, I just can't feel any chemistry between Ki Ho and Mok Ha. I get that he is a nice guy and cares about her but meh, it's just so bland. Wo Hak also gave her a home, food, helped her every way he could, it's just that Ki Ho was there first and here comes your average childhood friend trope

It's cuz they keep adding a killer plot in the middle of it all. I don't know why they couldn't just stay with her becoming a singer and dealing with her past trauma for being in an island for 15 years.

Doesn't change the fact that Ki Ho is so boring, like zero charisma to me. Woo Hak is far better but it's opinion, you can't argue with that. K Dramas always go for the main male lead and the second guy never ends up with the girl so it's predictable. I wish more shows would make the main girl end up with the other guy, in some shows like this one they are far more interesting.

The father's plot really ruins the show for me. Instead of focusing on Mok Ha becoming a singer the show focuses too much in this crazy father. It feels like they wanted to put a lot of themes into the show but you can't do that much with only 12 episodes.

I have caught up with episode 6 but there's something I don't understand. She is the real daughter of her adoptive father, so why did her mother adopt her if her own father doesn't now she is his daughter. Why adopt her?

I wouldn't say it's far better, a good day to be a dog is very funny and pleasant to watch, but 8.2 for this is low yeah

The show focuses too much on the psycho dad and it gets in the way of Mo Hak becoming an Idol plot

This is spectacular. The last episode got me crying the whole time. It was such a beautifully written story that deals with grief and saying goodbye. I just don't know what to interpret about the final scene, I looks like they were setting something up for a second season but idk. Other than that, this show is really a gem. Please, watch it.
