I think this is because the family had a heated argument regarding the wind power concession case, and Botpleng's dad involvement. Thunphob, might have been in the room and heard all this, and when they saw him - threatened to unalive him.

Botpleng came into the scene and tried to save his lover from danger, gets hurt in the process as we saw a fire in episode 6 and Tanu tried to save him. This family is cruel, Thun died in their hands and also wanted to kill Pleng, because he saw the murder unfolding in his eyes.

He no longer trusts that b_tch ass grandmother's doctor, because he's tempering with his meds. He'll hire his own personal doctor.

Victor is a phenomenal actor. He portrayed Bom very well, the facial expressions and body language are on point. The killings omgg, you'd swear Victor is THE actual Bom. Now that the dots are connecting, justice must be served and he must rot in jail as Bom, because he's a murderer! Anyone can be in danger, as tomorrow might be your last day here for this ritual to complete.
