I can't take the storyline seriously it would have been more entertaining to have a ONS with Arnold and Dean then they try to hide it. From then Raffy has the video and shares it I don't understand why Pete would be the one to do that. All hell breaks loose and Jack goes back to the bottle. Rome and Raffy clash. Raffy has to deal with Family stuff too would have been more interesting. While Tua sleeps with Boston out of feeling Betrayed so on and so forth. It's just silly to me that Dean decided not to tell Jack when nothing happened especially after he knew about the video Arnold too should have said something to Tua. Make it make sense.

That happened in episode 3 and Boston already had a goal which he accomplished. He slept with Top and that became the big conflict. It worked because of how the writers structured the sequence of events. I don't know how they are going to do that here I will keep watching to see. That is why I said I hope they bring more then this nothing burger because we are already in episode 7 not 3 and so far I'm not impressed by the choices they have made for the story this season. The show does have strengths but the writers keep wasting this chances. Why don't they go into Jack's alcoholism? why don't they go into Raffy's family more? The hate between the brothers? the interesting stuff is there but they ignore it.
I just felt like the fans that they are satisfying the most are the cp fans and that's ok but they are neglecting the brand OF and what the story could have been by appeasing them. I voiced the opinion knowing that I would be shut down anyway but I wanted to vent my frustrations about the writers. But those fans should just enjoy the show then because it was their intended audience and I don't mean that as a diss.

First of all they aren't even going out. Arnold doesn't want to go out because the friendship. Jack didn't want to get back with Dean until the end of the episode. If I was either Jack or Tua I would consider that. The fact that this could be easily explained is another thing and forgived because NOTHING HAPPENED is a nothing burger to me yes. I'm not thinking about if I was in their shoes I'm thinking more along the plot though and the way the conflicts in this show resolve so quickly because they aren't deep enough.

it's a nothing burger Raffy got but I'm sure they will give half-baked conflict of making them believe tat something did happen...lazy writing imho. They should have kissed or something so the conflict would make sense.

I mean once they are confronted they can just tell them the truth that nothing happened but if they aren't believed. In that case then only Raffy or Rome stating the truth would convince maybe someone but that's just lame...like I said lazy writing if they decide to do it that way. I hope I'm pleasantly surprised by some plot twist but I'm not holding my breath.

Where is the substance to this season this is base level writing bring back Boston from s1 not this s2 Boston.

I know but listen the Only Friends is legendary there are certain productions in gmm that till this day fans and general audience talk about and Only Friends is one of them. They tackled deep issues s1 and look they even using the name Only friends here to garner attention to this. I wish the company would throw caution to wind and understand that at the end of the day they are telling a grittier story might as well make impact.

That is what is sad they are actors and the cp fans are limiting them in character and stories. I understand they want their ship together but in this show it doesn't really make sense because the storyline is about toxicity and crossing characters to tell the story why don't they understand that? just sad.

I thought at some points it was good but sometimes I got cringe for different reasons throughout. It could have been better with changes. I think this is a so bad it's good but still bad show.

Unless Arnold and Dean actually kissed or banged Raffy has a big nothing burger. Why can't this company commit to a messy storyline that isn't watered down and makes sense. I don't know what the big deal is s1 couples kissed outside their ship and their still in their pairs now the cp fans just need to get over it and the company needs to actually deliver God.

Japan...what was that nc scene at the end?.........The way I cringed It was so unnatural I don't even know why they try over there anymore they just can't measure up when it comes to affection or skinship or even kissing. It's not believable.

Out of all the plots to adapt they chose wrong because from I understand it's a friend with benefits catch feelings type of plot.

Awful with it's bright color schemes that annoy me to the terrible acting. The actors had the same haircut too I felt like I could tell them apart but I had to concentrate. they look like brothers. The story is a mess. Throw this in the trash.
