Yang YiTang is there for the money. In one of the previous episodes the uncle/father made that clear & said if he had more boys he’d have them all marry in. But yea…I agree with her wanting him to stay close. I think she has genuine feelings for him but she’s also super duplicitous herself. It’s hard to pick sides when we’ve been shown that neither of them has been honest with the other.
