If you had kept going you would understand why Shun was like that. It becomes very clear by the latter half of the show.

I liked this a lot more than the other folks on here, apparently. I liked all of the couples (after the annoying love triangles ended, that is), and it was sweet and romantic, but also had some important things to say.

She was pretty badass the entire time - over two seasons - in my opinion. She wasn't actually calm or quiet for no reason - she was thoughtful and self-reliant and followed through on her plans. She was no shrinking violet and I'd want her brains with me in a fight.

The ending was pretty clear, I thought. The CP, Seo Bi and the others are searching the country for the flowers and to try to figure out the cause of the epidemic, to keep it from ever happening again. He could never do that if he was king - he would be stuck in the palace.

There isn't overt romance, but there are deep feelings emerging...
