After rewatching episode 29, I finally got it. The portal closed before JiLu came out, so they were thrown into a different universe and lived as humans without their memories of the past. Not only Wuyi, but Jiling was also erased from the timeline. Somehow, only WSG remembers them.

I have a mix feeling about the ending but i am still happy that at least it’s not a SE. I thought jiling and wuyi will come out from the time travel and live happily ever after with everyone else 😭 the ending is not sit right like something is still bugging me.
