Way better than I was expecting it to be. I want to really hate gap's character but his father puts much pressure on him. I also feel sorry for him... I tend to drop dramas that have physically or emotionally abusive parents but it's so common in Asian dramas it's hard to avoid. I just fast forward through the family dysfunction now. I'll probably miss something important, but it's better than hating the drama because of family abuse. I love the second couple... they're actually as of episode 6. not exactly a couple but more like best friends that love each other but it's still so precious and sweet. female couple are both hot as hell. I feel like their story arc is kind of pointless in regards to the story, but they are extremely nice to look at so I'm not complaining.
I'm enjoying the behind the scenes episodes because they are quite short. In one of them SaengNuea says He's nervous because he has to kiss fluke in the next scene and he hopes that he doesn't cry like last time. I wonder what the context is there and why he cried when he had to kiss fluke.

That's what I'm trying to figure out. I already subscribed to Gaga and IQIYI. I didn't even know Viki allowed…
You get it. I appreciate that. There's no excuse for me being grumpy with someone who's probably at least 20 years, or more ,my junior. After almost recently dying?! I'm glad you made it through 🤗

I guess I've been on some serious mdl rabbit holes cuz I've definitely seen more bizarre statements than mine. Are you a member of the founding family? Do I owe you some sort of apology? Lol. But no, I never really did a deep dive on the channel or looked for detail on how it was founded. I started watching it when my neice was about 13 and now she's 26. This was before I knew what "BL" was and it was my only subscription other than Crunchyroll. I was obsessed with kdrama back then. Once I discover Gaga ooh la la and IQIYI I let Viki and Netflix go due to necessity. I am 55 years old on my next birthday so I'm going to say some things that I suppose may be bizarre to somebody that gets bent more easily than I do after living so long. "Allowed"was hyperbole. I didn't realize that I was in the presence of such pedantic folks.
A solid 9 for me. I have trauma from childhood so it was so hard to watch but I made it through. honestly beautiful love story. one of the more intense plots I've seen in a while The description of this show describes the first 5 minutes of the show. it has literally nothing to do with the plot.
underneath the 50% adult content, the plot behind it all was actually quite good. people say there wasn't a plot, but there absolutely was. If you'll notice the fact that he kept ignoring his phone ringing, that is the basis of the story. I loved the ending. I'm so glad that I stuck it out. I basically enjoyed maybe the first five adult scenes and then I fast forwarded through the rest of them because i can watch that on the Hub and these scenes started getting redundant. I felt terrible for the main lead But it all seemed to work out in the end. At the end of the day this shows what hookup culture does to people. I was a professional dominant for many years a long time ago. I have seen it all so nothing here disturbed me but I did find it tiresome.
acting is fantastic all around. Not a weak actor to be had! However, in my opinion the script is absurd so far. But that's common in this genre It's annoying but not enough to make me stop watching.
There's another Asian drama under the same title that is heterosexual. perhaps you landed on the wrong page. there is a mdl listing for it so just check it out.
Can someone tell me if abuse from parents and step parents is a thing throughout the entire show? I have very real PTSD from abusive parents. I'm not even halfway through the first episode and we've got the abusive father and the emotionally abusive stepmother. Is this going to continue on throughout the show or is it just setting the stage? I can handle it if it's only here and there, but if it's every episode I might have to skip this no matter how much I like the rest of it. I love the chemistry between the two male leads and the female lead as cute as a button. I do have some pretty bad PTSD from parental abuse that I still suffer even at my old age. What percentage would you say? do we have to put up with the female leads stepmother emotionally abusing her and the male leads father being physically abusive?
I've enjoyed this show. I didn't see the point of a kidnapping and the underwhelming response of everyone involved lowered my opinion. Still, I will miss the sweet romance.
I binged this in one day. Such a feel-good, short BL with a simple plot. Lots of giggle moments. I love a good dramatic drama but sometimes I'm in the mood for something simple and sweet.
