watching this I wonder if this should have been a movie adaptation rather than a drama. There isn't much plot in the story for it to even be 24 episodes, the story is getting dragged on with side characters having almost equal screen time as the main leads.
I think the reason of censored kissing scene was in this drama they're still high school students on their break…
That's not how it works. If them being high schooler was the issue then there shouldn't have been any type of kissing scene be censored or not. Moreover that's not the issue. It's the actor who chose a script that required multiple kissing and makeout scenes but refused to do them.
It shows how lazy a screenwriter is when they don't even bother to give characters a proper reason for falling for someone. I still don't understand why exactly did ML fall in love her. According to the writers, Like same thing= compatibility= falling in love.
You know a drama really sucks when you can't even watch for the sake of your favourite actor.
I think it's just me but for a breif moment after the time leap I did shipped GY and XCX together. They are polar opposite to each other and can balance each other. Unlike main leads where from the start we are told that they are super same.
lol how do people not realise that cdramas are usually bad at start?Almost every drama i started i was fighting…
True but you can't expect people to invest their time in a drama with a not so good pilot episodes with the hopes of it getting better. Tbh, the first four episodes are not bad but they are not excellent either. Like if this had an unpopular cast, I doubt people would have paid attention to this one
20 episodes in and to say the least, production cutting down the scenes really ruined the drama. Tbh, the rating this drama is able to pull is totally because of the cast. Otherwise, with such an irregular and abrupt storyline, this drama would have gone unnoticed if the cast was unpopular.

Can't she just go to police and tell them about him blackmailing her, stalking her and even working at her workplace. Given the past record of that so-called uncle, I'm sure the police would put some kind of warning or restriction order against him. But no she decided so run away. Can't the screenwriters understand she isn't a seventeen year old girl who knew nothing about the world but a grownup woman who as a reporter has possibly seen enough of these woman harrasment cases to know what to do in such situation.
Imagine allowing a sexaul assaulter to stay at your home and worst when you have a young girl and child living in the same house. What kind of shit mentality do you have to have to welcome such a person in your house. Since you have already remarried, even went to great length to cut off your relationship with your biological daughter for the sake of new husband's daughter. Then why can't this lady cut off relationship with her late husband's relatives.
