I think the uniform generally depends on the season/weather or if there's an ground/sport activity on a particular day.

I swear there are things that the show is taking too lightly wheather it be the ML getting a girl and leaving alone in the middle of night or them allowing ML to be with mengmeng all the time.
A mentally unstable girl with a boy whom she just knew. They are basically together all the time. Didn't anyone bothered questioning if it would have been better for her to have a female companion rather than male. Basic woman safety measures.
