Love the chemistry between ZR & SY. They click very well on & off screen, love the strong bromance & how ZR sped off when he heard SY passed out. SY is very intelligent but has a hard time getting through his ptsd. ZR needs him, he knows & believes in SY & how he’s the only one who works well with his pace. ZR doesn’t even need to say it & SY has either done it or finished his sentence.

Honestly, I liked the first two episodes. I don’t think it’s boring at all. Yes it’s BL, yes they’re step brothers BUT! This show is slow burn with some dark elements. The flashbacks is how the two stepbrothers met,then to the present. Yoon dae suffering from abuse from his dad & Soo hyuk working 2,no 3 jobs, being the breadwinner of the family, thinking of dropping outta school just to keep working, has a shitty father & mother 🤦🏽‍♀️… he keeps all his frustration bottled up while YD is coping by drinking & 🚬. This is NOT your typical BL tho,which I like, cos we can’t always be having fluff 🥴. Seems to me YD was moved when SH was putting ointment on his face(even cupped his face & said he was handsome) dunno feels like he might’ve had a crush on SH back then(probably still does). Yoon dae is lashing out because SH said hurtful things to him when he threw out the apples SH’s father brought. Yoon D may look nonchalant but he’s very fragile inside. Ep 3 looks like SH reached his breaking point. It may not be for everyone & that’s fine.

Heh, I remember watching this, when it came out in 2020,I was glued to my tv, watching & loving the banter/chemistry between CFT & SXR, I’m like just kiss already lmao, I even read the novel cos I was hooked! No matter how pissed SXR made CFT, he kept coming back to him 🤭. Whenever SXR was in trouble, CFT was always there for his man but then again SXR could throw a mean punch 🤛,got CFT looking at him like woow that’s my man(well duhhh, SXR is from the streets, so wassup? 😏). More reason why he should’ve told qian what was going on. It’s not like qian would stop being friends with him but the fact that he hid it & he was the last to know made him mad,which is understandable. But SP is kinda of a hypocrite, you told yuan not to love qian but turn around & play hooky with your friend’s kid sister? Lmao I see why yuan was just chilaxing watching the drama unfold.

Now whenever SP tries to meddle between XY & Qian, he’ll think twice about it.
