Wait, why I’m I seeing comments about BL & saying it’s good the C-government decided to censor/ban BL dramas or adaptation?most comments on here has NOTHING to do with BL,but rather the chemistry between the leads,their friendship & bond. If you have a problem with people liking BL dramas,you need a reality check buddy & to say you find those who support gay people disgusting is a whole another level of disrespect. So we can’t applaud how good of a bromance/friendship this drama is? Laughable 🥴. It’s okay if you don’t like BL dramas or you don’t support 🏳️‍🌈 rights, but don’t call those who support them delusional,cringe,disgusting or sick. Please take your judgmental stance elsewhere or better yet,shove it far up where the sun don’t shine ☺️… cos this page is filled with those who like bromance/friendship dramas. THIS IS A FRIENDSHIP/BROMANCE DRAMA NOT BL NOR ANYONE ON HERE TALKING ABOUT BL BUT THE CHEMISTRY BETWEEN THE LEADS.

But how does he know Chen shi is the brother? Unless someone gave a precise description of how CS looks like, but then again CS said it himself that it’s been years since he saw his brother so it’ll be difficult to know. Plus his brother only sent a letter without an address. I guess they’ll answer my doubts as the episodes go.

Anybody notice how the ex-soldier who now sells water knew Chen Shi’s brother’s name?🤔. Can’t wrap my head around it, does he REALLY know his brother or it was Yi Zhi who gave him the info when he dropped the pouch, in which CS returned it to him?🤔

Hmmm actually from his reaction , you can tell he’s been keeping a low key profile,since he knows someone killed his father & tried to kill him too. But despite that he’s been lonely,he’s a demon cat(which people will be scared of or even be distant to him), he’s also trying to figure out who made him a demon cat & why…..& he’s trying to find out what happened 3yrs ago,wheeew I’ll be stressed if I were him😩.

Maybe you didn’t understand ep 1, cos at the beginning was the present when XY confessed to WQ…then it started from the past,from when they were teenagers to how they met,WQ doing odd jobs for that gangster to him taking XY in then their stories continued including side characters. It’s really NOT that difficult to understand 🙂.

Lmao I’ve been replaying that part. My guy was soo sad,his voice even cracked. But then later on,after they cracked the case…he was smiling & you could see his adorable dimple since CS said he’s staying.

Yeah but he’s BEEN lonely for years,it’s not recent. He didn’t have friends even before his father’s death. People kept their distance from him so imagine how he must’ve felt. CS on the other hand is caring & kind,something LB seriously crave for. LB was actually touched when CS said the wild cat was drugged & hurt,how can he just release it,what if something happens to it. Plus he didn’t care LB was a demon,no wonder why he was sad when CS was leaving but now he’s back & he’s all smiles again hehe.

Also it’s fine to celebrate if this drama is doing good on C-drama platform. Whether new dramas are out or not,it all depends on the actors,story & chemistry. If people like this drama,then whooohoo!! If you think it’s mid,that’s also okay,we all have different tastes 🙂. We rarely get heavily male centered plot/friendship/bromance C-dramas these days,so if we’re lucky to get something like this, i thank the heavens 🙂.

Idk I feel like some of the cases(if not all) are somehow linked to Yi Zhi hua🤔. Li Bing’s father’s death must have something to do with that secret organization. Also I have a feeling the person who pulled the flare when LB was returning his father’s body back to his hometown might be the one who saved him from the assassins?

That’s your opinion & that’s fine. We can’t please everyone now, can we? I & the others see it as bromance/friendship,while you don’t. You can always CHOOSE to drop it, if it doesn’t suit your taste🙂.

Again! This is NOT a romance drama, not even 1% romance in this. Don't expect there to be romance or slight romance. We’re already almost halfway through the drama & people are expecting there to be romance when there isn’t 🥴. Bromance on the other hand is 100% in there.

Now it’s number 1 on top airing dramas on IQYI 👏🏽 .

Maybe you’re kidding which is fine🙂, but this is a MALE CENTERED PLOT,no romance, no love triangle or quadruple love. This drama is filled with mystery,comedy, fantasy & adventure. There’re dozens of romance dramas out there, then there’re those who prefer friendship/bromance dramas like this🙂.

The way LB had a sad face, when he asked CS if he’s still leaving was pitiful…But then when CS said he’ll stay,LB couldn’t stop smiling. He’s like yes! My bestie is back☺️.

Idk if you’ve really watched the drama & how the 2 boys first met but, When WQ first met xiao yuan, I’d say he was about 16 yrs old, so probably a 4-5 years age difference. Hope it helps 🙂

He won’t, he’ll be back next episode. Besides what CS told him during their investigation was actually a clue & at the end you could see LB say oh no & run off to save CS. You’re right, he’s been lonely for a long time,even before his father was murdered. People kept their distance from him since he was a minister’s son & also due to his illness. CS is the only one who’s been kind to him without ulterior motives. LB feels a sense of attachment & I’d say sees CS as a best friend he can confide in.

Well general Jing was a slave,until Li Ji(Li bing’s father) took him in & promised to release him of his slave status, when he returns from the battlefield. But when he returned he became distant to the Li family & only cared for his own selfishness. Li Ji DID I fact clear Jing of his slave status,but never got the chance to give it to him since he was murdered.
