Actually they were pretty much a thing during earlier to mid episodes, it wasn’t that CLEAR. Su yu did suspect that Wu bi likes him, he also likes Wu bi deep down but he didn’t pay much attention to it UNTIL, ye wanying came. The thought of WB liking someone else was the breaking point, that’s when he FINALLY realized the love he wanted was close to him all along(Wu Bi). Them doing the deed probably started when they began to sleep on the same bed. Also their fight on the floor was as usual WB’s jealousy lmao. Him seeing MC’s headphones in his room,pissed him off & wanted to probably have hanky panky with SY by force lmao☺️.
