I think it’s because the hospital didn’t know what was going on between Orn & Boss,heck nobody knows what Kan & Orn have been doing. Wasan WAS kicked off the case,but still defied orders & investigated in secret by convincing LT Kawin,more reason why he told Kan he’s ready to move in with him & give things a shot.
Also the way Dr Rin went into Kan’s room,humming a song while observing him looked kinda sinister to me. I almost thought she was going to pull the plug off or inject some deadly drug into him 😬.
