I'm on ep 6 and I wish txw had more screen time, I love whenever she's on screen but so far she's more supporting…
Its ok. Tian xi wei actually took paycut for tbis role, she wanted this opportunity and im glad we can see txw took on different roles. If im being honest, i thnk many people watch this solely becoz of txw. .. i heard her charcater is trending despite being a ssupporting role. And this drama doing good in chinese media.
I finally found my people because I seriously thought I was the only one not getting the hype. I really tried to watch it, but I couldn’t even get through it without skipping scenes—that’s how bored I was. The leads are not giving anything at all, no chemistry, no spark, nothing.
The only thing carrying this drama is the kissing scenes—yeah, they’re hot, but it honestly just feels like pure fanservice or eye candy to distract from how empty everything else is. There’s no real emotional build-up, so even those scenes feel forced.
If I’m being completely honest, this is one of the worst dramas I’ve watched.

What hate?? most wanghedi fans love txw and it was mostly peaceful. btw lin an character was very minor in the…
There are sites aside from the one you mention. They simply threw hate on her for being Wang hedi's FL...becoz that time, they said shes not even pretty or even as popular as dylan wang. they comments there are more below the belt.
I really think Tian Xi Wei should start focusing more on female-centric roles after this, because in this drama she honestly feels like a background character rather than the female lead. Her screen time is limited, her character isn’t well-developed, and she’s not given enough moments to actually shine. I’ve watched a lot of male-centric dramas before, so I understand when the story leans more toward the male lead—but this is the first time I’ve seen a female lead be treated this poorly, not just in the writing but also by the fandom. The amount of hate she’s getting is just unnecessary and completely unfair.
What makes it worse is that the character itself isn’t even strong or well-written, so people are judging her based on something that was already lacking from the start. It’s frustrating because she’s clearly a capable actress, but the script just didn’t do her justice at all. An actor can only work with what they’re given, and in this case, the material isn’t helping her—it’s holding her back.
After POJ, she actually started getting more opportunities, and you can see her trying more diverse roles now, like Born With Luck and Where the Mask Ends. That alone proves that she has range and is willing to grow as an actress. It just shows that sometimes the problem isn’t the actress—it’s the script, the character writing, and how the role is handled overall.
She doesn’t deserve this kind of treatment, especially not over a poorly written character. I really hope she continues choosing better, more female-driven projects where she’s given the space to actually showcase her talent, instead of being sidelined and then blamed for it.
Finally someone with an ounce of brain. Couldn't agree more. I had nothing against Xi Wei too until I watched…
a different actress would have done better....u said u have nothig against the actress but u want to have her replaced instead the character be removed ....means you dont like the actress not the character. Just saying
I've been hoping for this too. I love everything about the series but Princess Lin'nan character. It was unbelievably…
if u have nothing against TXW ...u should say remove the character not have other actress play princess Linnan... coz her character is annoyng. U implying to change the actress means u dont like the actress not the character. Just saying.
Yeah I have seen a lot lately… I hope she chose a good script with good director/screenwriter. Anyway I will…
Me too.. I love TXW but pls dont join S2 coz they are wasting TXW skills by making her like a background character when she has so much to offer. She should accept Female Centrics or Equal Billing coz ... Great actress like her dont deserve to be sidelined.
Pretty sure she's already chosen but it's not been revealed yet. Reliable melon owner said that her next drama…
The plot of Love 020 is good... the problem there is the FL . Acting wise, its not giving and dont get me started with her personal scandal which is a big turn off. Love 020 is my first cdrama.
