I only like one type of mango, you have to eat it when it's young and not too ripe because it won't be too sweet (which I like), if you let the mango ripen completely it will be too sweet almost like honey.
and for cucumber, i only like it when it is part of fish clear soup ( with lots of spices of course), cucumber makes the soup fresher and not too fishy
