This whole episode was just Gemini and Fourth giving each other heart eyes and I LOVED it. I canât get enough of their chemistry, itâs too cute, I need more series from them full of just sweet moments.
i dont think they look old for the role though (maybe because of the styling?). they're only 20. and yes i agree…
I want you to read what you wrote but pretend itâs about a teenage girl, then consider my point of view.
Listen, I get wanting G4 to play roles that are different, and they will, they have long careers ahead of them, but my argument from the beginning was that I disagreed with OP and thought they didnât look too old to play their current roles. And REALISTICALLY this wonât be the last time they play high school characters.

I said he matured and looks his age (19) but still he could play someone older or younger well. LIKE MOST ACTORS DO. I donât know, you must be new to watching TV or something.

Maybe consider how insisting a teenager looks older than his age might come off to other people. And yeah I think a lot of people who say Fourth looks mature or older are objectifying him. If people were to say this about a female actor it would be More obvious.
Perception of age varies a lot, I agree. But doesnât that prove that you canât really say a 19 year-old looks too old to play a 17-year old? Because in real life teenagers all age at different rates. Some physically mature faster than others. I have 18 year-old students with full facial hair and they are large muscular guys. They are still 18 and they still look 18. They just physically matured differently than their peers.

Iâm just being realistic. Fourth doesnât look awkward playing a high school student and I think the insistence that he looks too old is disingenuous. Like you just want to see him play a college student, it doesnât have anything to do with his ability to play a character that is younger than him.
Earth has played characters both older and younger than himself. Fourth has done the same, and he is doing it well. Iâm also skeptical of people who insist that teenagers look older than their age. It feels like justification for something.

He looks his age which is 19. But itâs totally normal to have young adults play high school students. Most high school characters in dramas are played by actors in their 20s for a variety of practical reasons. Itâs very rare to have teen actors play teens. And Yâall are just going to have to get used Fourth playing a high school student because this wonât be the last time.
Not all Manga readers agree. Some of us are having fun with the series. Iâm enjoying it greatly.
Iâm enjoying it because I donât expect them to be IdaAoki. IdaAoki are uniquely Japanese. They have to make changed in Thai adaptation to fit Thai sensibilities. This is itâs own story thing. I enjoy both the similarities to the original and the differences.

Put Fourth next to any of the actors in their 20s at GMM and he still looks very young. He canât even grow real facial hair yet. Like he is definitely maturing but like most actors he can still convincingly play a character that is just a few years younger than him
The episode 5 confession scene was so cute. Iâve watched it several times, Gem and Fourthâs acting has improved so much. Atom went on a whole face journey before he was able to spit out the words and it was so fun to watch.

They were 19 playing 16/17 year olds. Atom and Kongthap are 11th graders. They look older than they did in MSP but they donât look like adults yet. Save the college roles for the 21+ actors.

More obvious.

part 3/4 is normal for all GMM
Shows. Unless there is a sex scene then the views will go up.
