Ep 24 and 25 we finally see CWD and MX get married! Towards the latter end of ep 25 we get some decent CWD and MX screen time. I think ep 26 onwards is where we’ll see their relationship really start

Completely agree! I feel like Moxi felt it too when she imagined seeing FY and WJG together, as if she knew how right they are for each other.
Tbh FY is like the Tang dynasty dream girl that WJG probably would have envisioned as his perfect wife until he met MX. She is the epitome of everything a woman should be in that time.
Urgh I can’t believe the cliffhanger this ep was literally from the trailer. I just need to see more CWD x MX screen time!
She might be annoying by modern standards, but in the context of a Tang Dynasty “lady” of her station and education, she’s pretty strong.
She can teach, she’s mature, she is strong willed (downright stubborn) and her unwillingness to bend (to CWD) was actually admirable from my perspective. She always tries to do the right thing and she loves her cousin with all her heart.
I thought ep 22 showcases am awesome side to BFY. In many respects, she’s more loyal than our MX. She’s not perfect, but I disagree that she’s weak (annoying, yes).
There are many different kinds of strength, and I feel like BFY’s strength is her immovable loyalty and quiet resilience.
But, on the bright side, WY has woken up and is now giving love struck psycho vibes.
I find that I love CWD, I find WY weirdly funny, but I hate WJG.
Need the next 2 eps to quickly separate WJG from MX once and for all

- the post wedding chemistry between our 2 future lovers
- CWD finally realizing MX is in love with WJG (because his thickness in that area was getting annoying)
- BFY finally realizing who WJG really cared for, and getting told off by CWD’s right hand man (I’m keen to see her grow from now on)
