It's still a bit early, but I'm almost certain that there will be one between Hei Feng Xi/Feng Lan Xi and Huang Chao, as they both fall for Bai Feng Xi, aka Feng Xi Yun.
Impossible they showed real injure and death of horse in this drama, after previous huge scandal
Remember, being a vegetarian doesn't mean you're animal lover. It just means you don't eat animals. We can only hope that it was a mixture of reality and CGI.
Remember when Hai Feng Xi said (in episode 2) that there's only one woman who can grab his attention? He said it was Feng Xi Yun - aka, Bai Feng Xi (she has a double identity). So, basically, the person he likes is Bai Feng Xi also known as Feng Xi Yun - the princess of some kingdom. Maybe her other identity will be disclosed in the following episodes.

Not death, but maybe they made them fall purposefully. I still hope that this wasn't the case and that I'm wrong, because it's just too cruel. But, the harsh truth is that this is the world we live in, and some people care more about keeping their pockets full than worrying about the well-being of an animal.
I like the drama. But I hope they weren't using real horses in the first episode. I felt so bad for the poor animals.
Thank you! I thought I was the only who noticed and cried at that scene. We can only hope they were fake - but I think they were real. People use animals as props in dramas and movies to boost the viewer count. Sometimes they're treated well, and other times they're not, because some people don't care for animals like others do.
After 2 episodes, i find FL as very reckless and thinks very highly of herself . Without the help of ML she would…
I don't agree with your statement about her being overtly egocentric and having self-conceited hubris. If you actually 'focused' in the first two episodes, you would have noticed that Bai Feng Xi has proven herself to be an unfettered heroine, who's headstrong, independent, and a woman of courage. Also, when one thinks very highly of oneself, you do not place the lives of others before your own; she, on the other hand, has endangered her life merely for the sake of keeping others safe and saving the lives of others. Clearly she has humility, she's not a damsel in distress, and she certainly doesn't need a man to save her ass - that's what you failed to see. Sure, she is reckless, but with cause.
It's great and all, but the downside is that you have to subscribe and then pay for it.
See, that's what I've been trying to say...😩 I've only downloaded eight episodes so far - I still have a few hours until I can download again. Really? That'd be fantastic!

I also tried downloading them all after a second failed attempt at steaming it online; however, after six successful downloads, that little notification to update my account, e.g., pay, popped up...

I haven't tried them because I can't find them. But luckily I know now that I shouldn't watch it in one sitting and be frugal instead. Please tell me if you can locate the mirror links ( I also observed that mirror links were added because Mega had a limit - I just can't find or click on them to try them out). I'll surely look for them next time.

When the transfer quota has been exceeded or the bandwidth length, a little note pops up, and states that if you wish to proceed, you must pay or wait for a couple hours [for free]. It's a little drawback and some of us cannot watch it in one sitting without having to wait or subscribe / update account / pay (if we're impatient enough). However, they were kind enough to allow us a free pass. So we can wait a couple hours and continue. Be it downloading or streaming online.
Sending you a virtual hug!🫂
