This has nothing to do with her sex and everything to do with the fact that she is a reprehensible, morally bankrupt lawyer whose actions brought her profession into disrepute and inadvertently led to her father's death. If she hadn't paid off the witness, her father would likely not have needed the
researcher's evidence nor would the researcher have endangered their life to provide it becauae the witness evidence would have been admitted in court instead.
She's no different to the people that killed her father. Hell, if her father hadn't been killed, she would likely have turned out like the older female lawyer.

She's a dirty lawyer who didn't care when her client was offing people until they came for her father. I'm up to ep 5 and unless she comes clean about her dishonest actions, I don't see myself warming up to her character.
