Edit: I do not appreciate the comments that are insinuating Gawin doesn't "deserve" the role or that Mike is "better"…
I had the same reaction when I watched the trailer. MikeKrist would've been amazing cause their chemistry really reflects beautiful on screen. And Mike is a natural actor. He would've been perfect for the 'chasing the other guy' role instead of Fluke
This is really good so far and I'm liking it a lot. The bromance between them is so delightful to watch. One being the quiet guy and the other being so cheerful, it's like they complete each other.
So this show jumps between 3 timelines and all 3 of them have meaning to the show. They time and again show that the 2 guys are equally important. This is their story. From the time they met each other for the first time till their high school life to having crush on the same girl. I won't say she would ruin their relationship but she does seem to unknowingly create a bit difference between them. And they've made it obvious. But I also like that in the present time the FL is shown to be good friends with one of the guy. I always welcome this kind of positive progression.
Call me bias, but I love watching Sehun here and he's doing a great job. He's doing well performing a silly, cheerful, but a matured and an emotional guy. Jo Joon Young is charming and he's very convincing as a high school boy. So far, FL hasn't impressed me much here but I've seen her other works and I know she can do better! But overall, this trio works well. Special mention to Jeon Yeong In! He's funny! ><
Since we're halfway done, here are my ratings so far: 1. Vice Versa — 9.5/10. 2. Never Let Me Go — 9/10. 3. The Eclipse — 7.5/10. 4. Star In My Mind — 4/10.
Tay in an recent interview said they will start filming Cherry Magic Thailand after their Beluca concert and it's possible that the show might be released at the end of this year.
