I feel this is like c drama 20 years ago...where everything was super fictional, full of nonsense...there would be a ML who was super great, kind, cool etc...then there would be an old guy who kept doing annoying thing and full of hatred for no reason...and some annoying characters who were just there to annoy viewers...and of course a weak FL who managed to save her master in the place where even another immortal couldn't survive longer...it's like putting asking a toddler to write a script...

This drama has definitely exceeded my expectation! I am so sick of c xianxia and the typical troupe etc that I didn't expect much. Not to mention, it is always scary for me to watch xianxia because FL most of the time are adult women with baby voice... And surprisingly, both FLs in this drama are soooo interesting and fun to watch!!! I guess this is the first time I don't feel annoyed with how c drama wrote the FL!

Sis, I am still watching CZ because I have nothing to watch while waiting for new eps of SL. And really, that drama is such a mess, reminded me of c drama 20 years ago where ML was super powerful and then the so called weak FL could suddenly became so strong, stronger than other immortals...so chaotic! And honestly, looking at ML and FL...I feel like everything is so wrong in all angles...ML looked like a pedophile, the way he looked at FL, the way he touched etc...so inappropriate...I mean, I am not against master-disciple relationship, but the way their relationship was written was so wrong...just so inappropriate at all levels!
